## Description

If you need a replacement remote for a Samsung Smart TV, this Gmatrix model is listed for 2018–2026 sets, including The Frame. It combines button and voice controls with Bluetooth pairing, plus a rechargeable battery that can be charged by its rear solar panel or USB-C port. The listing also names Neo QLED, OLED, Crystal UHD, Terrace, and Serif TVs as compatible, so check that your TV falls within the stated range before choosing it.

Its appeal is the combination of voice search and two charging options rather than a basic button-only remote. How useful is that in everyday viewing? It may suit a living room where people switch between searching for a show, opening streaming apps, and adjusting volume without reaching for a phone.

The stated compatibility is broad, but this is still a single-device TV remote, not a multi-device controller. Its listed replacement references include BN59-01385A, BN59-01391A, BN59-01357A, and BN59-01330A, these are compatibility references, not the remote’s model number. Buyers report that setup can be straightforward, while feedback on Bluetooth connection and button response is mixed. Some describe quick responses, others say buttons may need repeated presses or experience lag, so responsiveness is worth weighing if you use the remote frequently.

## Tips for day-to-day use
The solar panel is on the back, and USB-C is provided as a backup charging option. That gives you two ways to recharge instead of relying on replaceable batteries, though the listing does not specify charging time or battery life. Voice search is activated with the microphone button, and the product description says it can be used to search for shows, adjust volume, or launch apps. Shortcut buttons are listed for Netflix, Prime Video, and Samsung TV Plus.

For pairing, turn on the TV, point the remote toward the screen, then hold Return and Play/Pause together for 5–7 seconds until “Pairing Complete” appears. A solid pick if you want voice control and rechargeable power in one replacement remote. It might not be a great match if you need one controller for several devices, or if consistent button response is your main priority, buyer feedback on that point is not uniformly positive.

## How to use it
The box contents are not specified, so the listing does not confirm whether a USB-C cable is included. Plan on using your own cable if you need to charge through USB-C. Once paired, the remote is described as controlling one television, with button controls for everyday navigation and a microphone button for voice commands.

## Before you decide
**Which TVs is it listed for?** Samsung Smart TVs from 2018–2026, including The Frame and the other series named in the compatibility details. The listing does not identify specific TV model numbers.

**How does pairing work?** Hold Return and Play/Pause together for 5–7 seconds while pointing the remote at the powered-on TV, then look for the pairing confirmation on screen.

**Can it be charged without USB-C?** The description also lists a solar panel on the back for ambient-light charging. It does not give a charging rate or battery-life estimate.

## Is it worth it?
Consider this Gmatrix remote if your Samsung TV is within the stated compatibility range and you want voice search, Bluetooth pairing, and rechargeable power rather than a simpler battery-powered remote. The solar panel and USB-C port offer charging alternatives, but the available details do not establish how long a charge lasts. Buyer feedback is divided on connectivity and responsiveness, with some reporting easy setup and others describing lag or repeated button presses. If you prioritize predictable button response, that mixed feedback is a relevant reason to compare it with another compatible replacement before deciding.
