The small Glendan slicker brush is designed for cats and dogs. Its 180° pivoting head adjusts to different brushing angles, helping you reach areas such as the paws and underbelly. Product specs

This slicker brush is made to address loose undercoat, tangles, mats, trapped dirt, and dander as you brush. Its massaging tips are designed to stimulate the skin, supporting circulation and a naturally shiny-looking coat. The handle’s ergonomic, non-slip design helps you keep a steady grip during routine grooming, while the small size is easy to hold and carry.

The rotating head is a practical feature for reaching different parts of your pet without relying on one fixed brushing angle. For a routine session, you can adjust it as you move from the back to trickier areas such as the belly, paws, and joints. After brushing, the design also allows trapped hair to be cleared from the bristles.

Everyday compatibility

The manufacturer describes the brush as suitable for cats and dogs and for all hair types. That makes it a versatile grooming tool for a home with more than one pet, or for owners looking for one brush for regular coat care. The small format can be especially convenient when working around smaller areas or keeping a brush close at hand.

Compared with a fixed-angle slicker, the pivoting head offers another way to adjust your approach as you groom around the body. It’s useful when access and angle matter, while the massaging tips and grip support a more controlled brushing routine. Customers also describe it as effective at gathering loose fur and gentle on pets, some mention using it with shedding cats and small dogs. Experiences with cleaning the brush vary, so the best approach is to clear fur from the bristles after each session.

Usage tips

Brush in a calm, controlled manner and adjust the head to suit the area you’re working on. Use the angled head to reach around paws, joints, and the underbelly, where a straight brushing path may be less convenient. The gentle tips are designed with pet comfort in mind, and the non-slip handle helps maintain control as you move through the coat.

For regular grooming, work through the coat in manageable sections and remove collected hair from the bristles when you finish. This helps keep the brush ready for the next session. The compact size also makes it easy to carry for grooming away from home.

Is it worth it?

Worth considering if you want a small slicker brush for routine cat or dog grooming, particularly when you value an adjustable head for reaching around the paws and belly. The combination of a 180° pivoting head, massaging tips, and a non-slip grip brings practical features together in one brush. It also comes with a 12-month warranty and lifetime customer support. For pet owners looking to manage loose fur and tangles while keeping grooming simple and controlled, this blue Glendan brush is a useful fit for everyday coat care.
