## Description

For a drive with a small dog or cat, the GL GLENSLAVE S05 creates a cushioned spot in the front or back seat of a car, SUV, or truck. Its raised booster design helps pets look out at their surroundings, while adjustable safety leashes and a harness access point support a more secure setup during the ride.

The soft polyester seat has a removable cushion and storage pockets, so it can also serve as a resting spot at home or outdoors. For cleanup, unzip the bottom to take out the foam and machine-wash the cover.

## Technical overview
The S05 is designed for small and medium pets weighing up to 35 pounds. Its memory foam cushion and six-inch egg-crate foam base provide a soft, raised place to settle in the car. The Black/Coffee polyester exterior gives the seat a two-tone look, and side pockets offer space for small pet essentials.

The seat is detachable, and the cover can be machine-washed in cold water on a gentle cycle, hang it to dry. Remove the foam before washing. The seat arrives vacuum-packed, so allow 24–48 hours after opening for it to regain its shape. Its adjustable safety leashes and harness access help connect the pet’s restraint setup while leaving the dog or cat a cushioned place to ride.

## Requirements
Choose this booster for a small or medium dog or cat weighing no more than 35 pounds, and place it on a front or back vehicle seat. The adjustable straps and safety leash are intended to help secure the pet in the seat, use the harness access to connect the pet’s harness as part of the setup. This raised, padded format is different from a flat travel mat: it gives a pet a defined perch and a better view of the surroundings, while a mat may suit someone who prefers a low, open resting surface.

After the drive, the seat can be used as a pet bed at home, outdoors, or in a tent. That makes it useful for trips where a familiar resting spot can move between the vehicle and the destination. Keep the care routine simple: remove the foam before washing the cover, then hang the cover to dry.

## Who it’s for
The S05 suits people who travel with a small or medium dog or cat and want a cushioned booster rather than a flat seat cover. The raised base can help a pet see outside, while the soft cushion offers a dedicated place to settle during everyday drives or longer road trips. Storage pockets are handy for keeping small items close by, and the removable design makes it practical to use beyond the car.

Buyer feedback often highlights the seat’s size, softness, comfort, and raised viewing position. Some customers say the straps help secure their pets, while others have mixed views about them. These experiences can help shoppers weigh the booster’s comfort and format alongside their preferred way to secure a pet for travel.

## Buying verdict
The GL GLENSLAVE S05 brings together a raised, cushioned riding spot, harness access, adjustable safety leashes, and a washable cover in a seat that can also serve as a pet bed. It’s a great fit if your small or medium pet benefits from a soft place to ride and you value a design that can move from car travel to resting at home or outdoors.
