## Description

Set up the GHB FBA_AL agility ladder on grass or a playground for footwork drills before soccer, basketball, or tennis practice. Need a straightforward way to add movement patterns to a session? Its adjustable rung spacing lets you shape the layout around the drill. The 20-foot ladder also comes with a carrying bag and drills guide.

## Tips for day-to-day use
Lay out the ladder and move through the rungs with high steps, side-to-side footwork, or two-foot hops. Adjust the spacing along the nylon straps, up to 15 inches, to vary the pattern for different exercises. For a simple practice routine, start with one foot in each space, then try lateral steps or hops, the same layout can also serve as a placement guide for plank jacks, burpees, and quick-hand drills.

The included carrying bag makes it practical to bring the set to an outdoor practice area and pack it away between sessions. Customer feedback often appreciates the portability and ease of setup, while opinions on durability vary, some customers also mention rung movement or tangling. Keeping the ladder arranged on the practice surface before starting can help you focus on the drill itself.

## Where it shines
This ladder is made for short, focused movement drills that emphasize foot placement, rhythm, and changes of direction. Soccer, football, basketball, hockey, and tennis players can use it to structure quick-feet practice, it also fits general outdoor sports workouts. Its 20-foot length provides room to arrange a sequence of steps, while adjustable gaps let you change the pattern rather than rely on one fixed layout.

For example, an individual can set it on a playground and work through forward steps followed by lateral movement, then change the rung spacing for another pass. A coach can also use the same setup to give a group a clear sequence to follow. Compared with choosing a fixed-spacing ladder, this adjustable design is useful when you want to vary the gaps to suit different drills. The drills guide offers another starting point for planning a session.

## Practical questions
How long is the ladder, and how many rungs does it have? It is 20 feet long and has 12 plastic rungs, each measuring 16.5 inches.

Can the rung spacing be changed? Yes. The spacing adjusts along the nylon straps, up to 15 inches, so you can set the layout for the drill you want to practice.

What comes with the ladder? The set includes the agility ladder, a carrying bag, and a drills guide for training ideas.

## Buying verdict
Choose the GHB FBA_AL when your practice calls for a portable, 20-foot layout with adjustable spacing rather than a single fixed rung pattern. It gives athletes and coaches a simple way to organize footwork and agility drills outdoors, with a bag for carrying the set between practice spots.
