Product description
Some kids enjoy building one project from start to finish, others want different designs to explore. The gesboole STEM5-01 is a 5-in-1 robot building kit with parts for five engineering projects. What can kids make with the same kit? Options include a crawler, an obstacle-avoiding car, a delivery bot, a doodle robot, and a single-engine flyer. It’s designed for hands-on building and play at home.
Getting the most from it
The five builds give children a choice of projects rather than one fixed robot. That variety can help keep a building session engaging: assemble one design, then move on to another when it’s time for a new challenge. The projects also offer a practical way to explore basic engineering through parts that come together as moving robots and vehicles.
Use the kit for a solo activity or make it a shared project with a parent. Following the assembly steps and working with the building pieces gives kids opportunities to practice creative thinking, problem-solving, logical thinking, and fine motor skills. It can suit a weekend activity, home learning, or a hands-on gift for a child who likes science, robotics, and DIY projects. The kit is intended for indoor use and is battery powered.
Compared with a kit focused on just one build, this set centers on trying several different designs with one group of components. That makes it a practical choice when the goal is to give a young builder more than one project to work through, while keeping the activity focused on assembly and engineering.

Pros
Five project options give kids several ways to build and explore instead of repeating a single design. The mix of robotics and engineering themes connects play with hands-on problem-solving, and the set can be used for independent building or as a parent-child activity.
Buyers often describe the kit as fun and educational, with some noting its potential to encourage problem-solving. Feedback on assembly and instructions is mixed: some find the directions clear, while others mention needing adult help or finding the small screws challenging to handle. This makes it helpful to plan the activity around the child’s comfort with detailed assembly.
