Genew GEMA-02 Pack and Play Mattress, 38" x 26" Washable Waterproof Pad
Product description
Choosing a playard mattress pad can come down to two different needs: a cushioned surface for everyday rest or an easy-to-clean layer for outings and changing routines. The Genew GEMA-02 is made for Pack N Play and playpen use, with a portable format and a washable removable sheet.
Its 38" x 26" footprint and rounded edges are designed to sit snugly in a compatible playard. The 1.25-inch foam mattress adds a defined cushioned layer, while a waterproof cover helps protect the foam from spills and everyday messes.
For families who want a dedicated sleep surface that is simpler to care for, the four-layer construction combines a removable sheet, waterproof cover, foam, and an anti-slip base. Breathable construction and a lightweight design make it practical to move between home and travel.
How it fits
The GEMA-02 is designed for Pack N Play and playpen settings, with dimensions of 38" x 26" x 1.25". Rounded edges help the pad sit neatly within the playard, and the anti-slip base is intended to help keep it in place as a baby rolls or plays. Match the mattress dimensions to the playard’s sleep area for a suitable fit.
This portable pad serves a different purpose from relying only on a playard’s existing sleep surface: it adds a foam layer and a removable, washable sheet. That can be useful when you want a familiar setup at home or need a mattress pad to take along. Buyers often highlight its cushioning, thickness, portability, and ease of cleaning. Feedback about folding is mixed, so its practical advantage is the portable pad format rather than a specific folding feature.
Pros
The removable sheet is machine washable, making routine cleanup more manageable. Beneath it, the waterproof layer helps shield the foam from accidents such as spit-up or urine leaks. The anti-slip base provides a stable contact surface, while breathable construction supports use as a baby and toddler playard pad. Its lightweight design also makes it easier to move between rooms or pack for a trip than a fixed sleep surface.
The foam cushioning gives the pad a more substantial feel than a simple fabric liner. For a travel day, for example, it offers a dedicated 38" x 26" sleep surface for a compatible Pack N Play or playpen, with the removable sheet available for machine washing after use.
