## Description

For cat and small-to-medium dog households that want a steady water station between refills, the Gardner Pet Single water dispenser uses gravity to replenish its bowl from a 2.1-gallon reservoir.

Its removable drinking bowl is made of 304 stainless steel, while the dispenser body is polypropylene. The transparent reservoir lets you see the water level at a glance.

Need a waterer that works without a power source? This gravity-fed design keeps the setup simple for indoor use and homes with multiple pets.

## The essentials

The 2.1-gallon capacity gives pets access to a larger supply than a standalone bowl, and gravity gradually refills the drinking area as water is used. That makes it useful for everyday routines when you want more water available between manual refills. The product is recommended for indoor use and multiple pets, with cats and small-to-medium dogs identified among its intended users.

The 304 stainless steel bowl offers a removable drinking surface, and the outlet filter is designed to adsorb some impurities and odors while helping keep dust out of the reservoir. A widened, nonslip base helps the dispenser stay in place as pets drink, while the deeper bowl is designed to help limit spills. The water tank and base separate for cleaning. Customer feedback often appreciates the bowl’s easy removal and the unit’s roomy size, opinions on water delivery and durability are mixed.

Compared with a basic refill-by-hand bowl, this dispenser combines a larger reservoir with gravity-fed replenishment. Its 12.2 x 9.6 x 16-inch footprint is useful context when choosing where to place it.

## Maintenance

The split design makes it possible to separate the tank, base, and bowl for cleaning. The manufacturer recommends cleaning the dispenser weekly. Remove the tank before taking out the bowl for washing, the stainless steel bowl is dishwasher-safe. Clean the polypropylene tank by hand, keep its water temperature below 122°F, and do not place the tank in the dishwasher, as heat may deform it. Clean after use and keep the dispenser away from children.

## Getting the most from it

Set the dispenser on a stable indoor surface where your pets can reach the bowl comfortably. Check the clear tank as part of your normal feeding routine so you can see when it needs a refill. For a home with more than one pet, place it in an accessible shared area and keep the removable bowl clean. The nonslip base and gravity-fed operation make it a straightforward option for maintaining a regular water station without relying on electricity.

## Questions before you buy

**Does the dispenser need electricity?** No. It operates by gravity and does not need a power source.

**How much water does it hold?** The capacity is 2.1 gallons, also listed as 8 liters.

**How do you clean the bowl and tank?** Separate the tank and base, then remove the bowl. The stainless steel bowl can go in the dishwasher, wash the tank by hand with water below 122°F.

## Should you buy it?

This dispenser suits pet owners looking for a larger, gravity-fed water supply for cats or small-to-medium dogs, especially in a home with multiple pets. Its removable stainless steel bowl, visible reservoir, nonslip base, and separable parts make it practical for a routine water station that is easy to monitor and maintain.
