## Description

## Quick sizing guide

Built as a handheld replacement controller for Nintendo Switch 2, the Gammeefy JC400 Gen 2 attaches to the console and uses 360° palm-contour shaping to support a more natural grip. Its joystick and button layout is designed for handheld play, while the rear latch helps secure the controller to the console during use.

The black matte finish and adjustable RGB joystick rings give the setup a distinct look without changing its handheld format.

## Pros

Hall-effect joysticks use electromagnetic sensing for input, and Gammeefy lists an operational lifespan of 5 million cycles. For games that call for frequent, precise stick movement, that design and the familiar joystick-and-button layout give you direct control in a handheld setup.

The eight-color lighting can be adjusted, with 16.7 million color customization options through the Keylinker app. Turbo offers manual or automatic activation and three speed settings: 5, 12, or 20 presses per second. Programmable single- or multi-button mappings can also be set up for repeated inputs, then temporarily enabled or disabled to help avoid unintended presses.

Five vibration levels and a 6-axis gyroscope add feedback and motion controls for compatible games. A 1,000mAh battery is rated for up to 10 hours in light mode. Buyers often praise the selectable lighting, feedback on fit, connectivity, responsiveness, battery life, and durability is mixed, so individual experiences vary.

## When it makes sense

Choose the JC400 Gen 2 when you want a controller that attaches to a Switch 2 for handheld play, rather than a separate controller for playing away from the console. Its grip contours, rear latch, and padded contact surface are useful details for a setup you hold directly, while the RGB rings let you personalize the controls. Turbo and loop programming suit games with repeated button inputs, motion controls and adjustable vibration add options for compatible titles.

The wake-up feature has a setup step: activate it using Switch 2 Joy-Con controllers first, then use the Home button as described. For handheld players who value customizable inputs, joystick lighting, and built-in motion controls in one Switch 2 controller, the JC400 Gen 2 brings those features together in a console-attached format.
