FunnyAir Handheld Filtered Shower Head, 3 Filters

The 20-stage filter combines KDF, vitamin C balls, activated carbon, and clay balls to target chlorine, heavy metals, and other impurities in shower water. Paired with a handheld head and nine spray settings, it gives you more control over rinsing and cleanup than a basic fixed showerhead.

A focused jet setting also handles quick jobs around the tub.

Key specifications

This is a handheld filtered showerhead with nine spray modes, a power-wash jet, and a 360-degree adjustable bracket. The handle switches between spray settings, so you can use a broader pattern for a shower and a concentrated stream for rinsing the tub, tiles, or a pet. Self-cleaning silicone nozzles are intended to limit grime buildup, which may make routine upkeep less fussy.

The product is made from ABS and includes a 59-inch stainless steel hose. The maker describes the spray as high pressure, including in low-pressure areas, but the provided details don’t give a flow rate or pressure measurement. Likewise, filtration media are listed, but there are no test results or quantified hardness-reduction figures. Claims about relief from dry or itchy skin are not a guaranteed outcome, the effect will depend on the water and the person using it. The extent of water-softening performance is difficult to assess without that measurement.

Who it’s for

A solid pick if you want a handheld shower that can also direct water around a tub, tile, or pet, and you’d like filtration media included rather than buying a separate filter at the outset. The range of spray patterns is useful for switching between a regular rinse and a more targeted stream without changing equipment. It may also suit a household looking to try shower filtration for concerns about chlorine or hard-water irritation, while keeping expectations realistic about the unquantified results.

You may want to skip it if your main requirement is a verified reduction in water hardness or a specific filtration performance. The available information doesn’t provide independent test data, a flow rate, or a measured pressure, so buyers who need those numbers will have little basis for comparing it with a more fully documented system. It’s a feature-rich alternative to a basic showerhead, not a substitute for evidence about water treatment.

In the box

The package includes the showerhead with one filter cartridge pre-installed, plus two replacement cartridges. That means you can start with a cartridge in place and keep the other two for later, the replacement interval itself isn’t specified. The 59-inch hose is included, and the product description says it uses universal threads for standard shower arms. Installation is described as tool-free, though the supplied details don’t list thread measurements or explain whether extra adapters are included.

Does it include replacement filters?

Yes. One cartridge is pre-installed, and two additional replacement cartridges are included.

Is professional installation required?

The product is described as tool-free to install and designed for standard shower arms. Check your existing setup if you rely on a nonstandard connection.

Final verdict

This FunnyAir showerhead makes the most sense for someone who wants a handheld design, several spray choices, and three filter cartridges in one package. The jet mode adds a practical use beyond showering, especially for rinsing a tub or washing a pet. Choose it as a flexible shower upgrade if those features matter more than documented water-treatment results. If you need proof of a particular reduction in hardness, chlorine, or pressure performance, the listed specifications don’t establish that.
