It is made specifically for Switch 2, with separate covers for the left and right controllers. The matte, anti-slip texture and raised back are intended to give your palms more contact with the grips during handheld play. Two black silicone thumb caps are included for the control sticks. Would a cover suit your setup better than using the controllers bare? This one focuses on added grip and some edge protection, rather than replacing the controller or changing its basic controls. ## Practical tips Fit the left and right covers to their matching controllers, and use the included thumb caps on the sticks if you want that additional layer of silicone there. The product information says the cutouts retain access to the SR and SL buttons and leave openings for heat dissipation. Those details matter if you plan to keep the covers on while playing, rather than treating them as storage-only protection. The fit is specified for Switch 2 only. It is not compatible with the original Switch, Switch OLED, or Switch Lite, so the console version is the main thing to confirm before choosing this accessory. You’ll appreciate it if you want a more tactile handheld hold without choosing a different controller. The covers are described as flexible, with thicker corners intended to help protect edges from accidental bumps, they should be viewed as a grip accessory, not as a guarantee against damage. ## Technical details - Type: Silicone controller grip case - Compatibility: Nintendo Switch 2 only - Color: Blue and red - Material: Soft silicone - Included: Left and right controller covers, two black silicone thumb caps - Weight: 1.6 ounces - Model: Switch 2 Grip Case - Warranty: 3 months ## What stands out The useful distinction here is the combination of a textured surface and a raised rear shape. The product description says the back is shaped to follow the palm, while the fine matte finish is intended to reduce slipping and improve comfort during longer handheld sessions. Those are design aims, not a substitute for trying a different grip style if you already know you prefer a bare controller or a separate, more substantial grip. The covers also keep the purchase focused: they add silicone around the controllers and include two thumb caps, without listing extra accessories. For this type of use, that straightforward setup may suit someone who wants a little more surface texture and corner coverage while keeping the existing controls in place. You may want to skip it if you need an accessory for any Switch model other than Switch 2. ## Practical questions **Will these covers fit the original Nintendo Switch, OLED, or Lite?** No. The listed compatibility is limited to Switch 2, and the product information specifically excludes those other models. **What comes in the package?** The listed contents are red and blue silicone covers for the left and right Switch 2 controllers, plus two black silicone thumb caps. **Do the covers block the SR and SL buttons?** The product information says the cutouts preserve quick-release access to SR and SL. It also says the openings do not affect heat dissipation. ## Final verdict Choose this FUNDIARY set if your priority is a silicone, textured cover for Switch 2 handheld play, with matching left and right pieces and thumb caps included. Its clearest limitation is compatibility: it is not presented as a universal Switch accessory. If your console is a different Switch version, or you are happy with the controllers uncovered, this set does not address that need. ## Images ![FUNDIARY Switch 2 Grip Case, Silicone Controller Cover, Blue and Red — 1](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/9mUWKAhqhp2KVjnHNuS_n9uuJzBUKQz4AConYiOarHX_-JTn1XigDSk7-W1aeXCXOFXcdCvJqw1yG_UHE1tLR8hVFqFK7s-yZPKv65Xwg8vJa2aYPRbYqPBeow.jpg) ![FUNDIARY Switch 2 Grip Case, Silicone Controller Cover, Blue and Red — 2](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/LDd6tUD6_-mMSDufiqrepWfnDdL9ZkDvdxoj0nwS042azX3jHTuuma_5RtR_5PAhWBPzcxo4FmH2xv9IkNGLgBLeE-nIPN5MtLystQ21ew95CAtduPIPJsyWJw.jpg) ![FUNDIARY Switch 2 Grip Case, Silicone Controller Cover, Blue and Red — 3](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/MGCy1I_bVVMKztZ8sEOJ_TozfJ3eVU0iaT7FJJ3PzOychEcJqnMN0QZ5qi2AHNJNjznfdXnCa44u5h2O2USCHs4uW-sZTlPi-L-9_akJwAGEEeoOYYdn0hcQww.jpg) ![FUNDIARY Switch 2 Grip Case, Silicone Controller Cover, Blue and Red — 4](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/7L5s0tG2J4YkFIHJn269xpvaref5LC4CFaXa7uoNIQbXmb8IIfemC_Mt3NhMnRy3HmkaOl3viIVN55-lsMOGjngyND_cKbJrvLmLI2qa8MVMIWz8OdTdzP0RkQ.jpg) ![FUNDIARY Switch 2 Grip Case, Silicone Controller Cover, Blue and Red — 5](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/r2q_6cBtY0MTpjO610ZRd1rPTeaPmgrLgsFVO7JMjo0nMh-BD67PT3H6d803hPjL21ghbKe903PzPI0ktlFdEY_njDDXPfm34FKg_I8I1Rqtccls9yMNDs_dFw.jpg)
