## Description

The 18 lb FUKUMARU CL05-3 comes in pellet form, combining tofu fiber with bentonite for a clumping cat litter suited to everyday scooping.

Activated carbon supports odor control, and a light white tea scent adds freshness when the litter meets moisture.

If you’re choosing between a tofu-only pellet and a mineral-and-fiber blend, this formula brings both materials together in one litter, with bentonite making up 30% of the blend.

## Everyday use

For routine litter box care, the blend is designed to form firm clumps that are easier to lift with a scoop. The manufacturer says the clumps hold together during scooping, helping limit crumbling and sticking. That makes the formula a practical fit for households that clean a manual litter box regularly and want to remove soiled litter without disturbing as much of the surrounding material.

The tofu-based pellets are lightweight, while multi-stage screening helps reduce loose dust during pouring and scooping. In a day-to-day setup, those details can make refilling and cleaning more manageable. The 18 lb package provides a supply of litter for ongoing use, how long it lasts depends on the number of cats, litter box size, and cleaning routine.

## What stands out

This is a mineral-and-fiber formula rather than tofu pellets alone. Bentonite is included to strengthen clumps, while activated carbon helps absorb and trap litter box odors. The white tea fragrance is described as gentle and releases with moisture, so odor-control materials and scent play separate roles in the formula.

The combination is useful for cat owners who prioritize scoopable clumps but also want plant-based pellets as part of the litter. A tofu-only option may suit shoppers focused on a single-material pellet, this blend offers a different approach by pairing tofu with bentonite and activated carbon. Its 18 lb size is suited to keeping a regular litter-care routine stocked without switching to a different formula for clumping support.

## Worth noting

The product is designed for manual litter boxes. Its pellet size and density may not work well with most automatic sifting systems, so it’s best matched to a setup where litter is removed by hand. Dispose of used litter in household trash rather than flushing it, as this formula is not designed for toilet disposal.

Buyers often praise the clumping and ease of cleaning. Feedback on odor control and tracking is mixed, so experiences with those aspects vary. The formula’s documented odor-control components are activated carbon and a white tea scent, the scent is intended to be light rather than overpowering.

## What to clarify

Can this litter be used in an automatic litter box? It is designed for manual litter boxes, and the pellet size and density may not work well with most automatic sifting systems.

Can used litter be flushed? No. Dispose of used litter in regular household trash.

What does the white tea scent do? It adds a gentle fragrance that releases with moisture, while activated carbon helps absorb and trap odors.

## Is it worth it?

FUKUMARU CL05-3 is a practical choice for cat owners who scoop manually and want tofu pellets combined with bentonite for firm clumps, plus activated carbon for odor control. The 18 lb package, low-dust screening, and light white tea scent make its everyday purpose clear: support a regular litter-box routine with a blend designed for scooping and odor management.
