At a glance

This Franklin Sports set includes a team helmet, jersey, and chin strap. Official NCAA licensing and team logos and colors give the outfit its school-spirit look, while the jersey makes it easy to wear the team style at a watch party, for Halloween, or around the house. It’s a more complete costume approach than choosing a fan jersey on its own, with the helmet and chin strap adding pieces for dress-up.

The set is listed in youth medium and designed for ages 5–9. The sizing chart provides the measurements to use when choosing a fit. Customers often describe the outfit as fun for young fans and like its football-player appearance, feedback on fit is mixed, so checking the chart can help match the jersey to the child.

Getting the most from it

Use the set to let a young fan show team spirit during a game-day gathering, build a Halloween costume, or enjoy pretend play at home. The coordinated jersey and helmet make the outfit feel complete without needing to assemble separate costume pieces. It can also make a practical gift for a child who enjoys college football and likes dressing up as a favorite player.

The set is machine washable, which helps make routine care straightforward after wear. Keep its role clear when planning activities: the helmet is for costume use only and is not intended for contact play or actual games or sports. For football activities, the costume helmet should not be used as protective equipment.

Tips for day-to-day use

For a game-day outfit, pair the set with the occasion and let the team colors and logos do the fanwear work. For costume use, the included chin strap and helmet complete the look, for relaxed wear at home, the jersey offers an easy way to keep the team theme going. Before selecting the youth medium, compare the child’s measurements with the size chart, especially if you want the jersey to fit a particular way.

Buyers’ impressions of the fit vary: some find it fits well, while others say the jersey feels larger than expected. That makes the chart a useful starting point for choosing a size, rather than relying on age alone. The stated age range is 5–9, and the set is intended as a costume and fan outfit—not football protective gear.
