Franco Kids Cotton Beach Towel, 58 x 28 In

A damp, chilly kid coming out of the pool needs more than a towel that looks fun. This cotton terry option is designed to help with drying off while adding a bright Hot Wheels print.

Its 58 x 28-inch size is made with kids and toddlers in mind. It can also spread out at the beach or pool when it’s time to take a break.

The trade-off is coverage: adults who want a full-body wrap will likely want a larger towel.

Key specifications

The towel is made from cotton terry cloth, with a smooth surface and soft feel. Its Hot Wheels design features colorful vehicle images and bold text, giving it a recognizable look for kids who are fans of the cars. The listed dimensions are 28 inches wide by 58 inches long.

The product is presented for bath, pool, and beach use. The fabric is described as absorbent and quick-drying, and the towel is machine washable and dryer safe. Those care details make it practical for regular use, though the listing doesn’t specify a drying time or provide fabric-care temperatures. On the spec sheet, it’s a straightforward choice: cotton terry, a character print, and a size aimed at children rather than adults.

Who it’s for

It makes sense if you want one towel a child can use after a bath or swim and carry along for a beach day. Picture a kid stepping out of the pool, drying off, then spreading the towel on a lounge chair or sandy spot for a short rest. Its lightweight, foldable design is also intended to make packing easier.

The printed design may be part of the appeal for Hot Wheels fans, while the cotton terry construction focuses on familiar towel comfort. Compared with a plain, basic bath towel, this one brings a kid-focused look and outdoor use into the same item. Not the best choice if you need an adult-sized towel or want detailed performance information, such as a stated drying time.

Everyday use

This towel is meant to move between bathroom and outdoor settings rather than stay on a towel rack. After a bath, it can be used to dry off, for pool or beach outings, it can serve as a wrap or a place to sit. Its dimensions are the key buying detail to weigh against the child’s age and how much coverage they prefer.

The listing says it can go in the washer and dryer, which may suit families who expect frequent washing after swimming or beach trips. It also suggests using the colorful design as bedroom decor, such as hanging it on a wall. That’s a secondary use, not a substitute for checking how it will be displayed or whether it suits the room.

Before you decide

What are the towel’s dimensions? It measures 28 inches wide by 58 inches long.

What is it made from? The listing describes it as cotton terry cloth with a soft surface.

Can it be machine washed and dried? Yes. The product information says it can go in both the washer and dryer, but it doesn’t give specific temperature settings.

Final verdict

This is a practical pick when the priority is a child-sized cotton towel with a Hot Wheels print for baths, swimming, or beach trips. Its ability to fold for travel and the stated washer-and-dryer care add everyday convenience. Choose a larger towel instead if an adult needs generous wraparound coverage, or if exact fabric-care instructions and performance details are important to your decision.
