## Description

Some workouts call for resistance that moves with you, others rely on weights held in your hands. The Fragraim ankle weights add resistance at the ankles for walking, aerobics, strength training, and more. This gray pair weighs 5 lb per weight, for 10 lb total. Adjustable hook-and-loop straps help secure each weight around the limb.

## Who it’s for
These weights are designed for people looking to add resistance to lower-body exercises, walking, jogging, aerobics, gymnastics, or cross-training. They can also be worn on the wrist, arm, or leg for the listed fitness and physical therapy uses. Because the weight stays attached to the limb, it offers a different way to add resistance than exercises centered on holding a weight in each hand. For example, a walking routine or a leg-focused floor workout can incorporate added load while leaving the hands free for movement.

## What stands out
Each weight has an adjustable hook-and-loop strap and a metal D-ring, making it possible to fasten and remove the weights as part of a workout setup. The soft, stretchy cotton construction and moisture-absorbing inner material are designed with comfort and breathability in mind. Reinforced stitching and durable trim support repeated use, while the pair format gives you one weight for each ankle.

The fit can be adjusted with the strap to suit how you wear the weights. Buyers praise the construction and comfort, and some appreciate being able to wear them more loosely or tighten them. Feedback on the strap’s hold and adjustability varies, as do opinions about how bulky the weights feel. That makes the fastening and overall feel useful points to consider when choosing how to incorporate them into a routine.

## Is it worth it?
For someone who wants a matched pair of 5 lb weights to add resistance to walking or limb-focused exercises, this Fragraim set brings together a clear weight per ankle, adjustable fastening, and a breathable cotton-based construction. It’s a practical format for routines where resistance attached to the ankles or wrists suits the movement better than relying on hand-held weights.
