## Description

Each ankle weight is 4 lb, making this sky-blue pair 8 lb total. The cotton and neoprene construction is designed for comfortable wear during strength training, aerobics, walking, jogging, and home workouts. An adjustable hook-and-loop strap helps secure each weight around the ankle, wrist, arm, or leg.

Use the pair to add resistance while keeping your hands free for movement. It’s a practical format for lower-body exercises and routines that call for weights on both sides.

## Why it makes sense

These weights add resistance without requiring you to hold dumbbells, so you can focus on walking, jogging, or controlled leg movements. The pair is suited to routines where you want added load around both ankles, a hand-held weight, by contrast, is better suited to exercises that specifically call for gripping and lifting. The manufacturer also lists strength training, aerobics, and physical therapy among the intended uses.

The adjustable hook-and-loop closure makes it possible to fasten each weight around different limbs, while the soft, stretchy cotton and neoprene materials are intended for comfortable exercise wear. That versatility lets you use the pair for more than one type of movement or workout setup. Buyers often praise the fit and construction, while feedback on strap security and adjustability varies, so fastening each weight snugly is an important part of getting it ready for movement.

## Quick overview

- Type: Pair of ankle weights
- Weight: 4 lb each, 8 lb per pair
- Material: Cotton and neoprene
- Color: Sky blue
- Closure: Adjustable hook and loop
- Intended uses: Exercise, jogging, walking, strength training, aerobics, and physical therapy
- Quantity: 2

## Usage tips

Fasten the strap around the limb you’re training and adjust it to a secure, comfortable fit before beginning your movement. For a walking or home-fitness session, the pair can add resistance while leaving your hands available for balance and other tasks. For floor-based leg exercises, the weights can be used as part of a controlled routine, with the strap positioned to stay comfortably in place.

Choose the pair when you want matching resistance on both sides rather than a single weight for one hand or limb. The listed 4 lb per weight and 8 lb combined total make it clear how much load the pair adds to a workout. The closure also allows the weights to be worn on the wrist, arm, or leg, depending on the exercise.

## Should you buy it?

It suits you if you want a pair of 4 lb weights for adding resistance to walking, jogging, aerobics, or strength exercises, with the flexibility to wear them on different limbs. The breathable, stretchy cotton and neoprene construction and adjustable hook-and-loop fastening support a wearable alternative to holding weights throughout a routine. For home fitness or guided exercise that calls for added resistance on both sides, this sky-blue 8 lb pair offers a straightforward way to include ankle or wrist weights in the session.
