## Description

## Size & fit
For workouts that call for resistance you can adjust as your routine changes, this Fragraim ankle-weight pair lets you add or remove individual sandbags. The set weighs 15 lb at full load, with 7.5 lb on each side. Adjustable hook-and-loop straps help secure the weights around your ankles, and the compact, portable design suits home, gym, and on-the-go workouts.

Each ankle weight contains five removable 1.5 lb sandbags, so you can tailor the load rather than rely on a fixed-weight design. Set both sides to a matching load for walking, jogging, aerobics, or strength exercises, then adjust the bags as needed for a different session. The straps loosen and tighten for a customized fit, and the hook-and-loop closure makes the weights quick to put on and remove. They are designed to fit most ankles.

## What stands out
The removable weights make this pair useful across different exercise routines and training stages. For example, you can wear them during a home walking workout, then change the resistance before leg lifts or other lower-body exercises. Added weight gives your movements resistance during activities such as walking, jogging, aerobics, gymnastics, and strength training. The product is also described for core training and physical therapy exercises, where adjustable resistance can support a gradual approach guided by a physical therapist.

Cotton and neoprene construction, a moisture-absorbing interior, and breathable material support comfort during exercise. An adjustable strap with a metal D-ring helps hold the closure in place as you move. These features make the set practical for workouts that benefit from wearable resistance without switching between separate fixed-weight pairs.

Buyer feedback commonly highlights the easy-to-adjust design, straightforward fastening, and comfort during exercise. Some also appreciate using the weights for both arm and leg rehabilitation routines. Fit and bulkiness opinions are mixed, so the adjustable straps and removable bags are useful features to consider when choosing how to wear and load the pair.
