## Description

Add resistance to a walk, aerobics session, or home strength routine with the Fragraim adjustable ankle weights. The pair has removable inserts, so you can tailor the load instead of relying on one fixed weight.

Each side holds five removable 1 lb bags. Use fewer inserts to start with a lighter load, then add them as your workout plan calls for more resistance.

A hook-and-loop strap secures the weights around the body part, while the cotton and neoprene construction is designed for a comfortable fit during exercise. They’re made for use on ankles, wrists, arms, or legs.

## Who it’s for

These weights suit people adding resistance to walking, jogging, aerobics, gymnastics, core training, or strength sessions. Their adjustable design is also useful for physical therapy exercises when gradual changes in load are part of the plan. If you’re following a therapist’s program, use the weight level they recommend.

For example, a home workout can begin with a lighter setup for leg lifts or walking exercises, with additional inserts added when a higher load is appropriate. Compared with a set of fixed-weight ankle weights, this pair lets you adjust the resistance using the same wearable set.

## Technical overview

- Type: Adjustable ankle and wrist weights
- What’s included: One pair with five removable 1 lb bags per side
- Capacity: 1–5 lbs per side, 1–10 lbs per pair
- Material: Cotton and neoprene
- Color: Purple
- Closure: Hook and loop
- Recommended uses: Walking, jogging, aerobics, strength training, fitness, and physical therapy

The adjustable strap lets you loosen or tighten the fit, and the hook-and-loop closure makes the weights straightforward to put on and remove. The removable bags let you change the load without changing to another pair, making it easier to match the resistance to different exercises or stages of a routine.

## Why it makes sense

A fixed-weight pair gives you one resistance level, Fragraim’s removable 1 lb bags offer more control over how much weight you wear on each side. That flexibility can be helpful when you want to vary the load between exercises or progress gradually under a training plan. The pair can also be worn on the arms or wrists for upper-body movements, giving it more than one role in a fitness or rehabilitation routine.

Buyers often appreciate the adjustable inserts, ease of putting the weights on and taking them off, and their use for both arm and leg exercises. Feedback on fit and bulk is mixed, so fastening the strap securely for the intended movement is important. You’ll appreciate it if you want one adjustable pair for a range of everyday exercise and therapy routines.

## Buying verdict

Choose this Fragraim pair when adjustable resistance is more useful to you than a single fixed load. With five 1 lb inserts per side, a hook-and-loop strap, and use across ankle, wrist, arm, and leg exercises, it’s a practical match for walking, home workouts, aerobics, and planned physical therapy movements.
