## Description

Set up for presses, rows, or core work in a home gym with the FLYBIRD adjustable weight bench. Its flat, incline, decline, and upright positions support varied strength exercises, while 96 adjustment combinations let you configure the backrest, seat, and leg holder for different movements.

Choose it when you want a multi-position bench that folds for storage rather than a fixed flat bench. The steel frame, dual-lock adjustment design, and soft-touch padding bring practical features together for a dedicated home workout space.

## Everyday use
Move between exercises by setting the backrest to one of eight positions, the seat to one of four, and the leg holder to one of three. That range supports routines such as incline presses, shoulder presses, rows, and decline sit-ups without relying on a single bench angle. A safety pull pin secures the backrest in its selected position, and the foldable design helps clear floor space when your workout is over.

For example, a home strength session can shift from flat pressing to incline work and then to decline core exercises using the same bench. At 23 pounds, it can also be moved around a home workout area as needed. If your priority is one stable platform for varied free-weight exercises, the adjustable positions offer a different approach from a simpler, fixed-angle bench.

## Benefits
The 15-inch base and reinforced steel frame are designed to provide a steady foundation for strength training. Dual-lock safety hardware secures the backrest, while the textured, sweat-proof leather surface is intended to help maintain grip during a workout. Soft-touch padding adds support as you change positions and target different muscle groups.

Buyers often praise the bench’s straightforward assembly, adjustable setup, and usefulness for home workouts with free weights. Feedback on stability and overall size is mixed, with some reporting a secure feel and others noting wobble or a compact fit, particularly for taller users. These perspectives can help you weigh how the bench’s adjustment range and foldable format match your workout space and build.

## Is it worth it?
The FLYBIRD 99 brings multiple bench angles, a foldable frame, and a stated 750-pound capacity into one home-gym setup. It is a practical fit for people who want to switch among pressing, rowing, and core exercises without keeping a separate bench for each position. If storage and exercise variety matter alongside a defined weight capacity, its combination of adjustment choices and space-conscious folding makes it a useful foundation for home strength training.
