## Description

## Highlights
For recovery after wisdom tooth extraction or other oral procedures, a wrap that stays positioned around the jaw can make cold or heat therapy easier to manage. The Fittest Pro head wrap has built-in pockets for four gel packs and an adjustable Velcro strap, so the packs stay in place while you keep your hands free.

The wrap is also designed for facial and jaw discomfort associated with TMJ, tonsillectomy recovery, dental surgery, and cosmetic injections. Its soft fabric rests against the skin, while the reusable gel packs give you both cold and heat therapy in one setup. Compared with a loose ice pack that needs to be held against the face, this wrap secures around the head for hands-free use during everyday activities.

The neoprene wrap has double stitching, and the gel packs use leak-proof nylon fabric. The strap adjusts to create a closer or looser fit, making it easier to position the packs around the jaw and oral area. Buyers often highlight comfort, ease of use, and a secure fit, feedback on fit and how long the packs retain their temperature varies.

## Tips for day-to-day use
For cold therapy, place the gel packs in the freezer for 2 hours before use. For heat therapy, microwave a gel pack for 15 seconds. Put the packs into the wrap’s built-in pockets, then adjust the Velcro strap to hold the wrap comfortably in position. The pocketed design helps keep the packs aligned with the face without requiring you to hold them there.

This reusable format suits routines where you want to alternate between storing the wrap in the freezer and preparing a pack for heat. Choose the mode that fits your intended use, and follow the stated preparation times. The hands-free design can be useful while resting or taking care of simple tasks at home during recovery.

## Practical tips
Position the wrap so its gel packs cover the area you want to treat, then shorten or extend the strap for a comfortable hold. Its adjustable construction is intended to accommodate most head sizes, while the flexible pockets help keep the packs in place as you wear it. If you are choosing between this style and a standard ice pack, the key difference is the wrap: it secures the gel packs around the face instead of requiring you to hold a pack against your jaw.

Use the cold setting by freezing the packs for 2 hours, or prepare a gel pack in the microwave for 15 seconds when heat therapy is preferred. The pack arrangement and adjustable closure make the wrap particularly practical for facial and oral recovery, where positioning around the jaw matters. Buyers also mention that it is easy to put on, though individual impressions of size and fit differ.

## Should you buy it?
Worth considering if you want reusable hot-and-cold therapy in a hands-free format for the jaw and face. Four gel packs, built-in pockets, and an adjustable strap make this wrap a focused choice for wisdom teeth recovery, dental procedures, TMJ discomfort, and other listed facial uses. It brings the packs together with a wearable fit, so you can settle in for recovery without continually holding an ice pack in place.
