Benefits
The watch sends calls and notification alerts and supports basic message notifications, which helps keep interruptions manageable while you move through the day. During sleep the tracker records stages and provides heart rate and blood oxygen trends, which offers a fuller picture of nightly recovery. 🏃♀️💧

The soft silicone band fits wrists from 160 to 230 mm, which suits many adults and teens. Keep in mind that message responses from the watch are limited to notifications and voice assistant prompts, not full SMS replies. The display supports touch and over 110 customizable watch faces so personalization is simple. ❤️
