## Description

The 47" x 15" tempered-glass surface gives buffet dishes a shared serving area, while independent temperature and timer controls let you adjust each panel for the food it holds. Use the three-panel warmer as one long buffet setup or connect only the sections you need for a smaller meal.

Choose from 10 heat levels between 86°F and 248°F, then set a timer from 30 minutes to 6 hours. A child lock helps prevent accidental control changes during a busy gathering.

## Best use cases
Set up the full-length warmer on a dining table or kitchen island for holiday meals, potlucks, and catered-style gatherings. The 47" x 15" layout creates a defined buffet line and typically accommodates about 8–10 serving dishes, depending on their size, so guests can reach a variety of dishes in one place.

The modular panels also suit everyday meals. Use one for a smaller serving setup, connect two for a family dinner, or join all three when you need a longer buffet surface. For tasks beyond serving, the warming surface can also support gentle defrosting, dough proofing, and melting butter or chocolate.

## What you’ll notice day to day
Independent controls give each panel its own settings, making it practical to keep different dishes at different warming levels. The timer adds a straightforward way to set a warming period, and the child lock helps keep settings in place when people are moving around the serving area.

The panels connect at their slots and slide together in one step, with no tools needed for setup. When you’re done, they stack for storage in a cabinet or pantry. The tempered-glass top has a clean, modern look, and its surface can be wiped after spills. The outer edge is designed to feel cooler to the touch to help reduce contact heat while serving. Buyers also highlight the tray’s appearance and usefulness, including the separate controls and lock button.

## Questions before you buy
Can the panels be used in different configurations? Yes. Use one panel, connect two, or join all three for a longer serving layout. The panels align at the connector slots and slide into place without tools.

What cookware can go on the warming surface? It works with common cookware including glass, ceramic, metal pans, and stainless serving trays, so you can warm food in suitable serving dishes.

What else can the tray be used for? In addition to keeping buffet and family-meal dishes warm, it can be used for gentle defrosting, proofing dough, and melting butter or chocolate.

## When it makes sense
Choose the FEPPO HF-PJ03 when you want one warming setup that can scale from a single panel to a full buffet line. Its long tempered-glass surface helps organize several dishes for gatherings, while separate controls, a timer, and stackable panels make it useful for serving and storage at home.
