## Description

At 59 inches tall, the Feandrea UPCT113G01 combines a cat tower with an enclosed lower compartment for a litter box, creating one defined spot for climbing, scratching, resting, and litter-box use. Its greige finish, plush surfaces, and sisal scratching posts bring those cat-friendly features together in a farmhouse-style design.

The four-level layout gives cats places to climb and settle, while the enclosed base can serve as a litter-box cabinet or a cozy hideaway. The included anti-tip kit is intended for wall attachment, follow the setup instructions and mount the tree to the wall for safe use.

## What stands out

This 2-in-1 design pairs the everyday functions of a cat tree with an enclosed compartment, so you can organize a cat’s activity and litter area in one floor-mounted piece. Behind the doors, the compartment measures 21.7 x 16.1 x 15.7 inches. Use it for a litter box, or set it up as an indoor cat house, the product information also describes it as storage space for cat food, treats, or litter.

Sisal scratching posts give cats a designated surface for scratching, while the tower’s elevated areas provide room to climb and observe. Plush-covered perches, a basket, and cushions add soft resting spots. The greige and white finish gives the piece a neutral look that can sit comfortably alongside a range of home furnishings.

## Key points

The tree measures 33.1 inches long by 24.1 inches wide by 59 inches high and weighs 40.8 pounds. It is made from particleboard, 500 g/m² plush, and sisal. Adjustable feet help balance the tree on small floor irregularities, and the included anti-tip kit is designed to secure it to a wall.

For a practical comparison, a separate cat tower and litter-box cabinet let you place each item independently. This combined setup brings both functions into one footprint, which can be useful when you want a dedicated cat area without arranging two separate pieces of furniture. Customer feedback often praises the assembly process and the way the enclosed section conceals the litter box. Opinions on sturdiness and hardware are mixed, so careful assembly and the recommended wall attachment matter.

## Maintenance

The cushions are removable for washing and can be kept tidy between washes with a lint roller. Hand-wash care is specified. For the veneered surfaces, a cloth can be used to wipe away hair and dirt. These straightforward care options help keep the resting areas and the enclosure presentable as part of a regular indoor routine.

## When it makes sense

Choose this Feandrea tower when you want climbing and scratching features alongside a concealed litter-box area in one piece of indoor cat furniture. Its multiple levels, sisal posts, soft resting spots, and enclosed lower compartment serve distinct daily needs, while the removable cushions and wipe-clean veneer make routine care more manageable.
