## Description

## Quick overview

When a notebook entry needs a few colors, or a desk needs pens ready for notes and sketches, a disposable fountain pen set keeps the choice simple.

EYEYE’s 9-pack includes assorted colors, a clear barrel, and a fine 0.5 mm stainless steel nib. The liquid ink is described as quick-drying and bleed-resistant on most paper.

The draw is variety without a separate ink setup. These are disposable pens, though, not a refillable fountain pen investment.

## Best use cases

The assorted colors lend themselves to color-coding, journaling, drawing, and everyday school or office writing. For example, you could use one color for a journal heading, switch to another for a sketch annotation, then keep a third for a reminder on the same page. That makes the set more useful for varied notes than a single-color pen when visual organization matters.

The fine point is intended for precise lines and detailed writing, and the listing also names calligraphy, drafting, and sketching. It may suit someone who wants to try fountain-pen-style writing in several colors without buying separate bottled inks. A solid pick if you want a ready-to-use set for casual writing and creative work.

Keep in mind that “bleed-resistant on most paper” does not promise the same result on every notebook or sheet. If you regularly write on thin paper, the listing gives no paper-specific performance details, so test a page before using the pens for a full project. Not the best choice if your priority is a refillable pen or a verified result on a particular paper stock.

## Tips for day-to-day use

Use the different colors with a purpose—such as separating headings from notes—so the assortment helps readability rather than making a page harder to scan. The clear barrel gives you a view of the pen’s interior, while the fine nib is a practical fit for compact handwriting and small details. For a quick test, write a few lines and make a small sketch on the paper you normally use, that gives you a better sense of line appearance and drying behavior than relying on a general claim.

The set is disposable, so it’s suited to convenience more than long-term customization. If you prefer choosing a specific ink and replacing it as it runs out, a refillable fountain pen follows a different ownership approach. Here, the appeal is having multiple colors ready without that extra setup.

## Practical doubts

**Are these pens refillable?**
No. They are described as disposable fountain pens, so choose them for ready-to-use convenience rather than refilling.

**What kind of nib do they have?**
The listing specifies a fine 0.5 mm stainless steel nib. That provides a stated point size, but not a sample of how it will look in your handwriting.

**Will the ink work on every kind of paper?**
The ink is described as quick-drying and bleed-resistant on most paper types, not all paper. If you need to compare drying on a particular stock, you would be choosing without that measurement.

## Final verdict

This set makes sense when you want several colors for journaling, color-coded notes, or detailed drawing, and you’re comfortable with disposable pens. The fine stainless steel nib and liquid ink give it a more fountain-pen-like format than a basic ballpoint set, while the assorted colors favor flexible everyday use over ink customization. Skip it if refillability or confirmed performance on a specific paper is essential, otherwise, the 9-pack offers a straightforward way to keep different writing colors on hand.
