Exqcom Pen and Pencil Holder, Wood

Getting the most from it

A crowded desk can make it harder to find a pen or small accessory when you need one. This Exqcom wooden holder gives those everyday items three separate sections, so pens, brushes, or other small supplies can stay grouped instead of spreading across a work surface. Its printed exterior also lets it function as a decorative accent rather than just another plain organizer.

At around 20 x 6.5 x 9 cm, it’s intended for compact spots such as a desk, countertop, bathroom shelf, or bedside table. For example, place it beside a laptop and keep pens in one section and a few smaller desk accessories in another. The compartments can help with sorting, but they don’t make this a large-capacity storage solution.

Why it’s worth it

The appeal is the combination of useful storage and a gift-friendly presentation. It’s described as suitable for retirement or farewell gifts, appreciation events, housewarmings, teacher gifts, and casual celebrations with friends or coworkers. That gives it a practical role after the occasion, too: the recipient can use it at home or in a home office rather than putting away a purely decorative keepsake.

Worth considering if you want a modest desk accessory that has a clear everyday purpose and a printed finish. If you prioritize a tidier surface, this offers more separation than a single open cup, if you prefer a more demanding organizing setup, a larger organizer with more compartments may be a better fit. The holder’s compact dimensions are useful for small spaces, but also limit how much it can store. It’s not for you if you need room for a large collection of supplies or bulky items.

The essentials

The body is made of wood with a smooth finish, and the exterior has a decorative print. Its three divided sections are described for pens, brushes, remote controls, or accessories. The listed size is around 20 x 6.5 x 9 cm, so consider the surface where you plan to place it and the items you expect to store. Those measurements give a useful sense of its footprint, but the description doesn’t specify the dimensions of each compartment.

From the way it is set up, this is a small catchall for frequently used items, not a replacement for drawers or a larger desktop storage system. It may work well beside a bed for a few personal items or on a bathroom shelf for brushes, provided the compact format suits what you want to keep there. The product details identify the material and overall size, but don’t describe the print design, if appearance is central to the gift, check that the pictured finish is the one you want.

Is it worth it?

Choose this holder when a useful, compact gift feels more appropriate than a keepsake with no everyday function. The three sections and wood construction give it a clear purpose, while the printed surface adds a decorative element for a desk or shelf. It makes the most sense for someone who needs a place for a handful of pens or small accessories, or as a retirement or appreciation gift that can be put to use at home.

Skip it if the recipient needs substantial storage, wants compartment dimensions before deciding, or would rather have a plain organizer without a decorative print. The key decision is whether its small footprint and three-section layout match the items you plan to put in it.
