## Description

At 1.89 × 1.57 inches, the silver EWA A106 is a compact Bluetooth speaker made to travel easily between rooms and outings. Its 3-watt driver and custom passive bass radiator bring sound and bass into a small metal enclosure, while the included carrying case lets you take the speaker along and play music with it inside.

Use it for music or internet radio streamed from a compatible Bluetooth device. A single button handles power and playback, keeping everyday controls simple. The included metal hook offers another way to carry or hang the speaker on a bag or bike.

## How to use it
Pair the speaker with a compatible phone or tablet over Bluetooth, then stream audio from your device. Press the control to pause or resume, double-click to move to the next track, or triple-click to return to the previous one. Hold the button to switch the speaker on or off.

For a commute, a walk, or a small desk setup, the case and hook make it easy to bring along without carrying a larger speaker. The speaker can also play music while inside its case. It is not water resistant, so keep it dry around sinks, showers, and outdoor moisture.

## Pros
The A106 focuses on portable listening rather than extra controls. Its small format, metal body, carrying case, and hook are practical for packing into a travel bag or keeping music close at a desk. A 3-watt driver works with a passive radiator designed to add bass, giving this compact speaker a more substantial sound approach than a basic speaker without a bass radiator.

Buyers often praise the sound, bass, and easy-to-pack size. Feedback on Bluetooth connection, battery life, and durability is mixed, so those experiences vary. For choosing between a pocketable speaker and a larger setup, the A106 prioritizes compact carry and straightforward wireless playback.

## Practical questions
**Which devices can connect to it?** The speaker connects wirelessly over Bluetooth and is listed as compatible with phones, smartphones, and tablets, including iPhone.

**Can I use the speaker with the case on?** Yes. The speaker is designed to play music while inside its carrying case, which also helps protect it from scratches during transport.

**How do the playback controls work?** Use the single button to pause or resume with one press, skip forward with two presses, or go back with three. Hold it to turn the speaker on or off.

## When it makes sense
It’s a great fit if you want a small Bluetooth speaker for travel, a desk, or other everyday indoor and outdoor listening, and value an included case and hook for carrying. The A106 combines a 3-watt driver and passive bass radiator in a compact metal design, making it a practical pick when easy portability matters more than a larger speaker setup.
