## Description

A front-door lock that needs keyless access and app control calls for more than a keypad alone. The eufy Security C33 (T85L0) pairs fingerprint and passcode entry with built-in Wi-Fi. Its handle design brings those access options together at the door. Auto-lock adds a countdown-based way to secure it after use.

## Everyday use
Use a fingerprint, passcode, app, or physical key to unlock the door. The fingerprint reader is integrated into the handle grip, while the backlit keypad makes codes easier to see when lighting is low. An anti-peeping password feature is designed to help keep a code private when someone is nearby. The lock can store up to 50 fingerprints and 100 passcodes, giving households room to assign access to multiple people.

Built-in Wi-Fi connects directly to a 2.4 GHz network for app-based remote access, access management, real-time notifications, and event history. Voice control is also supported through [amazon](https://www.amazon.com/-/dp/B0DKF97S22?tag=globalofertit-20) Alexa and Google Assistant. In a typical routine, a family member can use a fingerprint to enter, while the person managing the home uses the app to review activity or manage access. The countdown auto-lock function provides another way to secure the door after someone leaves.

The lock is intended for front, side, bedroom, garage, office, or basement doors. It works with wood or metal doors that have a 2 1/8 in bore hole, a 2 3/8 in or 2 3/4 in backset, and a thickness of 1 3/8 in to 2 1/6 in. It supports left- and right-hand doors. The exterior assembly is rated IP53, and the lock is powered by 8 AA batteries, which are included.

## Pros
Compared with a keypad-only lock, the C33 offers several ways to enter, including fingerprint recognition, app access, and a physical key. The handle-integrated reader makes fingerprint entry part of the normal grip, while app notifications and event history add visibility into access. Its combination of passcodes, fingerprint profiles, and remote management can suit a shared household or a door used by different family members.

Buyer feedback is positive about the keyless options and feature set, but experiences with fingerprint recognition and Wi-Fi reliability are mixed. Some buyers also report frequent battery changes, including replacing the 8 AA batteries every two to three months, and concerns about internal durability. These reports are useful context when weighing the convenience of multiple entry methods against ongoing ownership experience.

## Buying verdict
The eufy Security C33 is a practical fit for households seeking a handle-style deadbolt with fingerprint and passcode entry, plus built-in Wi-Fi for app management. Its multiple access methods, configurable user capacity, and auto-lock feature make it especially suited to a frequently used front, side, or bedroom door. If you want keyless entry with remote access management in one lock, the C33 brings those functions together in a single installation.
