ETEKYER Cat toys vegetable Catnip Plush Cat Toys, 5-Piece Vegetable Set

Soft plush bodies give cats lightweight toys to bat, carry, bite, and kick during indoor play. The ETEKYER Cat toys vegetable set includes five different vegetable shapes, with a catnip and silvervine blend intended to encourage interaction.

The quiet design has no squeakers, crinkle paper, or batteries, so play does not add those sounds to a room. It’s a simple alternative to electronic or noise-making toys, with the cat’s own batting and kicking driving the activity.

Why it’s worth it

Five shapes offer some variety without requiring separate purchases: the set includes carrot, cucumber, corn, chili, and eggplant designs. Lightweight plush toys can suit a short chase across the floor, a kitten’s batting practice, or an adult cat’s kicking and wrestling. The cotton material and soft construction also make them suitable for carrying and cuddling between bouts of play.

The catnip and silvervine filling is meant to make the toys more engaging, but individual cats respond differently to scented playthings. Buyer feedback reflects that split: some say their cats return to the toys and stay entertained, while others report little interest. Comments on durability and how much catnip the toys contain are mixed as well, so the set is better viewed as a varied play option than a guaranteed favorite. You’ll appreciate it if your cat enjoys plush toys and responds to catnip-style toys.

What to know

These are indoor cat toys, not water-resistant items. The listing gives the set a total weight of 1.44 ounces and dimensions of 5.31 x 2 x 2 inches, those measurements describe the product listing and do not specify the dimensions of each individual toy. The set is described as suitable for cats of all breed sizes, including kittens.

The toys are designed for batting, chasing, chewing, and kicking, with no built-in sound or powered feature. That keeps the play uncomplicated, but it also means they do not provide the automatic movement of an electronic toy. The description says to supervise play and replace any toy that becomes damaged, small parts may pose a choking risk. Better avoided if you need a toy that will keep a cat engaged without supervision or if your cat tends to destroy plush toys quickly.

Everyday use

Offer one shape at a time for a quick play session, or leave a few available so your cat can choose between them. For example, a lightweight vegetable toy can be batted down a hallway and carried back, while a larger cat may prefer to grab and kick it on the floor. Since the toys are quiet by design, they may suit homes where squeaks and crinkle sounds would be unwelcome. Check the stitching and fabric during regular use, and remove a damaged toy rather than leaving it out.

Practical questions

What comes in the set? It includes five plush vegetable-shaped cat toys: carrot, cucumber, corn, chili, and eggplant.

Do the toys make noise? They are described as having no squeakers, crinkle paper, or batteries, so they do not have those built-in sound features.

Are they intended for kittens? Yes. The product details include kittens, and the listing describes the toys as suitable for cats of all breed sizes. Supervise play and replace damaged toys.

Should you buy it?

Choose this set if you want several quiet plush shapes for batting, carrying, or kicking during indoor play, and your cat is interested in catnip toys. Its variety is a practical advantage over buying a single shape, but the buyer feedback is not uniform on cat interest, filling, or durability. If those factors matter most, a single toy your cat already likes or a different play style may be a more dependable choice.
