ESVAN Diaper Bag Backpack Canvas

Technical details

For days that move between diaper changes, errands, and work, a backpack keeps both hands free while you carry the basics. The ESVAN diaper bag combines baby storage with a padded laptop compartment and a trolley sleeve.

It measures 13.8 x 6.3 x 17 inches and has 12 pockets. The water-resistant canvas and linen exterior is listed in pink, with padded shoulder straps and a top handle for switching how you carry it.

Two insulated bottle pockets are described as keeping bottles cool for 2 to 4 hours. There’s also a waterproof wet bag, mesh side pockets, a large front zip pocket, and interior mesh pockets. Without having tried it, the layout sounds geared toward separating items rather than packing everything into one main compartment. One clear omission: a diaper changing pad is not included.

Everyday compatibility

The padded laptop compartment and trolley sleeve make this more than a baby-only bag. It’s presented for commuting, work, travel, and outdoor use, so it may suit a parent who wants one backpack for baby supplies and personal essentials. The laptop compartment is said to fit most laptops, but no device dimensions are provided, if your computer is large, that fit is uncertain.

For a practical outing, the front zip pocket can keep frequently needed items accessible while diapers and spare clothes sit elsewhere. The insulated pockets give bottles a dedicated place, and the wet bag helps separate damp items from the rest. It makes sense if you want pockets for different categories and hands-free carrying. A simpler tote may be preferable if you’d rather have one wide, open space than multiple compartments.

Usage tips

Pack the items you reach for first near the front, and use the mesh pockets for smaller supplies you want to spot quickly. Keep bottles in the insulated pockets and reserve the wet bag for damp clothing. The padded straps are intended to make a loaded bag more comfortable to carry, while the top handle is handy for a quick grab.

The listed capacity is described as suitable for diapers, a breast pump, formula, bottles, toys, and clothing, but there’s no volume figure to show how much fits at once. It might not be a great match if you need a changing pad included or want a confirmed laptop fit before buying. The bag is shipped vacuum-sealed and is said to regain its shape after unpacking.

Before you decide

Does it include a changing pad? No. The product details state that a diaper changing pad is not included.

Can it carry a laptop? It has a padded laptop compartment described as suitable for most laptops, but the exact supported dimensions aren’t specified.

How many pockets does it have? The listing specifies 12 pockets, including two insulated bottle pockets and a waterproof wet bag.

Buying verdict

This ESVAN backpack is worth considering when you want baby organization, hands-free carry, and a place for work essentials in the same bag. The pocket layout and trolley sleeve are useful for mixed-purpose days, while the missing changing pad and unspecified laptop dimensions are real tradeoffs. Choose it for compartmentalized packing, skip it if an included pad or a guaranteed fit for a particular laptop is essential.
