How to use it
Fill the bottle and use the time markers as reminders to keep drinking through your routine. Press the one-touch button to open the flip-top for a quick sip, then close and lock the lid when you’re done. For hands-free carrying, use the strap and buckle to attach the bottle to a backpack, bike, or travel bag, it can also be carried by hand. This setup suits gym sessions, hikes, commutes, and time spent at a desk, with the straw ready for easy access to water.
Practical tips
Use the wide opening to add ice before heading out, and hand-wash the bottle as directed for regular care. Keep it within sight during a workout or workday so the printed time prompts are easy to follow. The 32 oz format offers a larger single-bottle capacity than a smaller everyday bottle, while the strap gives you another way to carry it when your hands are occupied.
Buyers often praise the bottle’s appearance and colors, and some say the time prompts help them drink more throughout the day. Feedback on leak performance is mixed, so use the locking lid as intended and keep the bottle upright when carrying it alongside items that should stay dry.
Before you decide
How do the time markers help with hydration? They provide visual prompts and capacity markers so you can follow your intake across the day and keep track of how much you have consumed.
Can I add ice? Yes. The wide-mouth opening is designed to make adding ice easier.
How should I clean the bottle? Hand wash it. The product care instructions specify hand washing.
Is it worth it?
The Enerbone is a useful fit for anyone who wants a larger water bottle with built-in drinking reminders, a straw for convenient sipping, and a strap for carrying on the go. Its marked 32 oz design supports a simple hydration routine at the gym, outdoors, or during a full workday, without relying on a separate tracking accessory.
