## Description

Stainless steel construction and a textured wrench band give the ELEAD ED70016 set a secure-grip approach to oil filter removal. The nine-piece collection brings several wrench styles together for different filter sizes and working positions.

Four swivel-head wrenches have 180-degree flexible heads and cover filter sizes from 2-3/4" to 5-1/4". An adjustable wrench, two oil filter pliers, and valve lapping tools round out the set.

Need to work around a hard-to-reach filter or switch between different sizes? The combination of pivoting heads, adjustable tools, and pliers gives you more than one way to approach the job.

## Quick sizing guide

Start by matching the filter size to the range covered by the four swivel wrenches: 2-3/4" to 5-1/4". Their flexible heads can turn up to 180 degrees, helping you position the wrench around the filter when the work area calls for a different angle. For another approach, the adjustable wrench includes an adapter for a 3/8" or 1/2" drive ratchet. The 9" and 12" pliers offer serrated teeth and a multi-position slip joint for gripping filters, including in tight spaces or on oily surfaces.

A single-size wrench can suit a routine job with a known filter size. This set is designed for a broader range of removal approaches, which can be useful when maintaining different vehicles or when access changes from one job to the next. Match the tool to the filter and available working space before applying force.

## Why it makes sense

Having swivel wrenches, an adjustable wrench, and pliers in one set lets you choose a tool based on the filter and the space around it. The wrench bands use a dimpled stainless steel texture intended to grip the filter, while non-slip handles support a steady hold. The pliers’ serrated teeth and multiple slip-joint positions provide another way to engage a filter when a band-style wrench is not the most convenient fit.

The set also includes double-ended valve lapping tools with sturdy handles and rubber suction cups described as resistant to oil and grease. A carrying case keeps the tools together for storage and transport, making it easier to keep the oil-filter tools organized between maintenance tasks.

Customer feedback highlights the set’s versatility and perceived quality, while opinions on durability, fit, and stability are mixed. For shoppers comparing a single-purpose wrench with a set that offers several tool styles, this range of options is the main practical distinction.
