## Description

The three-channel format records front, rear, and cabin views at the same time, with 4K + 2.5K + 2.5K video resolution. The Eivikga A8 also brings night vision, GPS, and a 64GB memory card to a dash cam setup designed for commuting, rideshare, and taxi use.

Wi-Fi 6 at 5.8GHz lets you preview, download, and share recordings through the app. The camera records to its microSD card without an app or Wi-Fi connection, so wireless access is for managing footage and settings—not for keeping recording active.

Recording the road ahead, the rear view, and the cabin gives the A8 a broader role than a front-only dash cam. That extra cabin view can be useful for rideshare and taxi drivers, while rear footage adds another perspective to everyday drives. Night vision supports recording in low-light conditions, and GPS is part of the system for driving use.

The included 64GB card provides storage to get started. Loop recording automatically replaces the oldest unlocked files as space is needed, footage protected by the G-sensor after an impact is locked against deletion. For additional storage, the camera supports microSD cards up to 256GB.

## How to use it

Mount the camera on the dashboard and connect it for vehicle use. The system includes an installation tool and a 16.4-foot cable, with the cable described for setup in most sedans and SUVs. Once powered, the active channels record directly to the memory card. Use the app over Wi-Fi 6 to preview or download clips and adjust settings, or manage recordings from the camera itself.

The A8 also offers a 24-hour parking monitor with motion detection and G-sensor collision detection. Parking monitoring while the engine is off requires a compatible hardwire kit, sold separately. Cabin audio recording is enabled by default and can be turned off in the settings, follow local rules for recording audio.
