## Description

Give a large dog a roomy place to settle indoors or in a kennel with the EHEYCIGA orthopedic bed. Its 52-by-41-inch sleeping area gives dogs space to stretch out, while the three-sided bolsters provide a supported spot for resting the head and neck.

The mattress combines memory foam with egg-crate foam for cushioning and support. A fleece sleeping surface adds a soft feel, making this design especially suited to dogs who benefit from a supportive place to rest, including older dogs.

Choose this sofa-style bed when your priority is a defined lounging area with raised sides, a flat mat may suit a setup where an open, low-profile surface matters more. The removable cover and non-slip bottom add practical details for everyday indoor use.

## Practical tips

Place the bed on a level indoor surface or in a kennel, and allow it to expand for 24–48 hours after unpacking. The sleeping surface has a waterproof film between the fleece and bottom fabric, the faux-linen sides are not waterproof. This distinction helps when choosing where to position the bed and which areas need protection.

For cleaning, unzip and remove the foam insert, then machine-wash the cover. The foam itself is not washable. Keeping these steps in mind makes routine cover care straightforward while preserving the foam insert for use in the bed.

## Where it shines

The generous rectangular surface suits dogs that like to stretch out, while the three raised sides give a curled-up sleeper a more enclosed place to nestle. The bolsters are designed to support the head and neck, and the foam construction provides a cushioned resting surface with orthopedic support. Together, these details make the bed a practical fit for a favorite indoor resting spot or a kennel setup that can accommodate its dimensions.

Buyers often appreciate the roomy size, cushioning, washable cover, and non-slip bottom. Feedback on durability is mixed, so it is helpful to follow the care instructions and wash the cover separately from the foam insert.

## Before you decide

**Can the entire bed go in the washing machine?** No. Remove the foam insert first, the removable cover can be machine-washed, but the foam insert is not washable.

**Which parts of the bed are waterproof?** The sleeping surface is protected by a waterproof film between the fleece and bottom fabric. The faux-linen sides are not waterproof.

**How much room does the bed need?** The bed measures 52 x 41 x 8 inches, so use those dimensions to check the space available in your room or kennel.

## When it makes sense

A solid pick if you want an extra-large dog bed with a supportive foam mattress, a fleece sleep surface, and bolstered sides for lounging. Its washable removable cover, non-slip bottom, and defined 52-by-41-inch footprint make it well suited to a regular indoor rest area or a kennel with enough room for the full bed.
