## Description

A young player who spends time in goal has different needs from one focused on field play: secure hand coverage and an adjustable wrist closure help make catching practice feel more prepared.

EFAH SPORTS soccer goalie gloves pair a latex palm with breathable stretch mesh. The mesh supports airflow and hand flexibility, while the hook-and-loop closure lets the player adjust the wrist fit.

This blue Size 4 pair is listed for ages 6 to 9 and is designed for youth soccer practice and matches, indoors or outdoors. The ambidextrous design works for either hand.

## Who it’s for
These gloves are made for kids and youth players taking on the goalkeeper role. Size 4 is listed as suitable for ages 6 to 9, giving families a specific size and age reference when choosing gloves for a young player. Because fit can vary from child to child, using the listed size as a starting point helps narrow the choice.

The adjustable hook-and-loop wrist closure is useful when a player wants to secure the glove before practice or a match. A young keeper can pull the strap into place for wrist support, while the breathable stretch mesh helps keep the gloves comfortable during movement and catching drills.

## Pros
The latex palm is designed to provide grip when handling the ball, and the gloves are described as non-slip and wear-resistant. Breathable fabric and a lightweight construction support hand movement during soccer practice. Double stitching is part of the listed construction, and the blue color gives the pair a clear, sporty look.

Buyers describe the gloves as useful for kids’ soccer and backyard practice, while feedback on fit, grip, padding, and durability is mixed. Some find the fit and grip work well, others report a loose fit, less grip than expected, or seams coming undone. These varied experiences make it sensible to focus on the player’s hand size and intended practice use when selecting goalkeeper gloves.

## When it makes sense
Choose this pair when a young soccer player needs gloves specifically for goalkeeper practice or matches, rather than general field gear. The latex palm, adjustable wrist support, and breathable mesh bring together the key features for ball-handling sessions, while the youth-oriented Size 4 makes the intended fit easier to assess. They are also suited to indoor or outdoor use, so the same pair can serve across different training settings. For families choosing gloves for a child who is beginning to play in goal, this combination of a dedicated goalie design and adjustable closure offers a practical starting point.
