## Description

For kids who need a packed lunch that can include soup or another warm meal, the eedabros food jar offers an insulated, portable option sized for a child’s lunch portion.

Its 15.2 oz capacity also suits lighter adult meals, snacks, and portion-controlled lunches. The black jar has a wide opening and a folding spoon stored in the lid, making it convenient to pack and eat from.

A 316 stainless steel interior, double-wall vacuum insulation, and a silicone sealing ring make this a practical choice for carrying hot or cold foods to school, work, or a day out.

## Where it shines

The wide mouth makes it easier to fill the jar with chunky soup, noodles, oatmeal, or pasta, then eat directly from the container. A foldable 304 stainless steel spoon stores inside the lid, so it is ready when lunch begins. The jar’s silicone handle supports carrying, while the non-slip base helps it sit steadily on a table.

Double-wall vacuum insulation is designed to keep hot food warm for up to 6 hours and cold food chilled for up to 8 hours. For best temperature retention, the maker recommends preheating or pre-chilling the jar with water for 3 minutes before adding food. This gives packed meals more temperature support than an ordinary uninsulated lunch container.

Customers describe the size as useful for school lunches, especially soup, and say kids find the jar manageable to use. Feedback on temperature retention is mixed: some say food stays warm, while others report that it does not. The jar’s insulation is designed for packed meals, but customer experiences vary.

## Key takeaways

The 316 stainless steel food-contact interior is paired with polypropylene and silicone components, including the sealing ring. The silicone ring helps reduce spills in a lunch bag or backpack, and the compact 3.5-inch-by-3.5-inch-by-3.5-inch body is suited to everyday meal packing. Its 3.15-inch-wide opening also gives room for filling and eating foods with larger pieces.

Choose this format when lunch is better served as soup, rice, oatmeal, yogurt, or fruit rather than as a sandwich or a meal packed in a standard non-insulated container. The 15.2 oz capacity keeps portions practical for kids and lighter meals for adults. BPA-free and PVC-free components add useful material details for everyday food packing.

## Tips for day-to-day use

Before filling the jar, add hot or cold water for 3 minutes to preheat or pre-chill it, then empty it and pack the meal. The wide opening makes access easier when filling and eating, and the folding spoon can be kept in the lid between uses. The sealing ring is designed to reduce spills, making the jar convenient for a school backpack or lunch bag, close the lid securely before carrying it.

## Final verdict

This eedabros food jar is a useful lunch choice for kids who enjoy soup, oatmeal, or other meals that travel better in an insulated container. Its 15.2 oz capacity, wide mouth, folding spoon, and 316 stainless steel interior bring practical details together for school lunches, while also serving adults who prefer a smaller packed meal.
