Ecotrim Coffee Mat, 16" x 24

Quick sizing guide

If you want a dedicated spot for coffee prep rather than moving a dish towel around the counter, this 16" x 24" mat gives you a defined surface for a coffee maker, cups, and everyday splashes. Measure the space where you plan to use it, including room to reach the machine and lift cups, the listed size alone can’t confirm how your particular setup will fit.

It’s black, so small coffee marks may be less noticeable than on a light surface, but it still needs cleaning.

Pros

The mat combines a PU surface with a rubber backing. The backing is described as natural rubber and intended to help the mat grip a smooth counter rather than shift as you set down a cup or work around a coffee maker. That can be useful in a compact coffee corner where items are handled frequently.

The maker says the surface absorbs water and coffee, and helps hide common marks such as milk splashes. There’s no stated liquid capacity, though, so treat it as a landing and drying surface for routine drips—not a substitute for wiping up a large spill. After rinsing or absorbing a lot of liquid, the instructions are to hang it in a ventilated area to air-dry. Is that easy enough to fit into your cleanup routine?

For a practical example, keep it under your coffee maker and set a damp cup or a freshly rinsed accessory on the mat while you wipe the surrounding counter. For crumbs or dry seasoning, the maker suggests wiping with a damp cloth or rinsing it. Worth considering if you want one reusable surface for a home coffee bar, office setup, or another counter task. It may not suit you if you need a specified capacity, a precise drying time, or a mat sized to a machine footprint that hasn’t been measured.

Spec sheet

• Name: Ecotrim Coffee Mat
• Type: Absorbent countertop mat
• Size: 16" x 24"
• Material: PU surface with rubber backing, described as natural rubber
• Color: Black
• Other listed uses: Dish drying, countertop protection, table use, and pet-food placement

The material and care details above are according to the maker. No thickness, weight, or absorption volume is provided, so those details can’t help determine how it will feel under heavier equipment or how much liquid it can hold. Compared with using a basic towel, this offers a dedicated, non-slip-backed area, a towel may be more convenient if you want something that can go straight into your usual laundry routine.

Final verdict

This Ecotrim mat makes the most sense when you want a defined, easy-to-rinse surface for everyday coffee drips and occasional counter tasks, and its 16" x 24" footprint works for your available space. The black finish and stain-hiding claim may help keep routine marks less prominent, while the rubber backing is intended to reduce sliding. Skip it if your priority is a documented liquid capacity, exact drying performance, or a confirmed fit for a particular appliance: those specifics aren’t included.
