Dwersty Rainbow Window Privacy Film 17.5×78.74 in 🪟

This rainbow window privacy film transforms sunlight into colorful patterns while adding daytime privacy for living rooms, bedrooms, or rented spaces. The 17.5 inch by 78.74 inch static cling sheet uses a 3D etched surface to refract light into a prism effect, and the back grid makes cutting and trimming easier for custom window sizes.

Key Points

The film provides daytime privacy without adhesive, letting soft light through while dispersing direct sun into rainbow hues. According to the manufacturer, the sheet blocks up to 96% of UV rays and can reduce solar heat gain by a notable percentage depending on installation, which helps limit fading of floors and furniture. Installation is water-based so the film leaves no residue and can be repositioned or reused. Note that the iridescent color effect appears when sunlight hits the film, so windows without direct sun will show a subtler result.

Technical Specifications

• Name: Dwersty Rainbow Window Privacy Film
• Size: 17.5 inch x 78.74 inch
• Material: eco-friendly prismatic vinyl
• Attachment: static cling, water-installed, no adhesive

Practical Tips

Measure the glass surface before cutting and use the printed cutting reference line on the back grid to achieve straight edges. Apply with a spray bottle and squeegee from the included kit for a bubble-free finish. When placed on sun-facing windows the film produces stronger rainbow dispersion, and rotating viewing angles will change the visible colors. Consider that privacy improves with viewing distance, so the film offers more concealment from afar and less from very close range.

Positive Aspects

The nonadhesive design is especially useful in rental properties because the film peels off cleanly. The manufacturer states the prism effect resists fading over time, so the decorative appearance is intended to last longer than standard iridescent films. It also reduces glare, making it easier to protect delicate fabrics and artworks from sun damage while adding a decorative stained glass look.
