## Description

For keto and low-calorie recipes that call for a powdered sweetener, DureLife offers allulose in a single-ingredient formula with no erythritol. The 5 lbs package gives home cooks a supply for baking, cooking, coffee, and other beverages.

It is made with 100% allulose, with no fillers, additives, or artificial ingredients. The brand describes its taste and texture as similar to sugar, making it a practical alternative to keep on hand for recipes you want to adapt.

Looking for an option that leaves erythritol out of the sweetener blend? This powder provides allulose on its own, so the ingredient choice stays simple.

## Best use cases

Use this powdered sweetener when you want to add sweetness to baked goods, cooked dishes, coffee, or other beverages. Its fine powdered format suits recipes where a powder is more convenient than a granulated sweetener. It can also be used in sweet or savory cooking, giving you one allulose option for several parts of your kitchen routine.

For a concrete use, add it to coffee or tea, or use it when preparing a low-calorie version of a favorite recipe. It is also suited to keto-style desserts, including homemade ice cream. Unlike a sweetener blend, this product is made exclusively from allulose, which may appeal to shoppers who specifically want to avoid erythritol.

## What stands out

The straightforward ingredient list is a defining feature: pure allulose, without erythritol, fillers, additives, or artificial ingredients. The product is presented as a zero-calorie, zero-net-carb sweetener, and its sugar-like taste and texture are intended to make it useful in everyday recipes. The allulose is naturally sourced from sugars found in figs, raisins, and corn.

DureLife also identifies the product as Keto Certified, OU Kosher, and Non-GMO Project Verified. These designations can help shoppers narrow their choices according to dietary or ingredient preferences.

Buyer feedback is positive about using the powder as a sugar substitute, including for keto ice cream, but taste impressions vary: some find it sweet, while others say it is less sweet than cane sugar. Dissolving experiences also differ. Buyers mention that it dissolves well in hot tea, while some find it slower to dissolve at room temperature. That feedback can help guide how you use it in drinks versus recipes.

## At a glance

## Final verdict

DureLife is suited to cooks looking for a powdered, single-ingredient sweetener for low-calorie or keto-style recipes, drinks, and everyday cooking. Its 5 lbs size, erythritol-free formula, and range of uses make it a useful pantry choice when you want allulose rather than a multi-ingredient sweetener blend.
