## Description

The Duodyeo WE49X20697 kit brings key drum-support and drive components together for a GE dryer repair. Its front bearing, felt seal, slides, and drive belt are intended to replace related worn parts in one service. The set helps address squeaking or grinding associated with worn drum support. Clearly labeled components make it easier to identify parts during installation.

## Who it’s for
This kit is for owners repairing a compatible GE dryer when worn front drum support parts are contributing to squeaks, grinding, vibration, or marks on clothing. It combines several components used around the drum rather than focusing on a single bearing, which can be useful when the belt and supporting slides are also due for replacement. The listing names models including GTD18ESSJ0WW, GTD65EBSJ3WS, and GTDP300EM1WS, match your dryer’s model and the existing part numbers to the replacement parts before ordering.

For a repair, the bearing provides the drum’s front pivot point, while the felt seal sits between the drum and front panel. The slides support and guide the drum, and the drive belt transfers motion. Together, these parts address several connected areas of the dryer’s drum assembly. During disassembly, take photos of the original slide positions so you can reinstall the bearing and glide slides in their intended locations.

## Why it’s worth it
Buying the bearing, seal, belt, and slides together gives you a coordinated set of replacement parts for a drum-area repair, instead of sourcing each named component separately. That approach is especially practical when inspection points to wear in more than one part of the drum support system. The felt seal is designed to help retain heat between the drum and front panel, while the slides help guide and support drum movement.

As a practical example, a dryer that has developed a squeak can be opened for inspection, with the original slide locations photographed before the old parts are removed. The labeled kit components can then be matched to their roles during reassembly. The bearing slides and glide slides serve different functions, so keep them in their intended positions rather than treating them as interchangeable. Basic tools are described for installation, and the kit is intended for a hands-on dryer repair.

## Final verdict
For a compatible GE dryer, the WE49X20697 is a useful choice when the repair calls for more than a front bearing alone. Its included felt seal, belt, and two types of slides make it a practical parts set for addressing wear across the drum support and drive area in one repair.
