The FlameDuty Drip Tray Heat Baffle Replacement is engineered to fit seamlessly with Traeger Timberline 1300 units, including models BAC515 and accessories KIT0237 BCA964. It provides a secure, tool-free installation that replaces the original tray without disrupting the grill’s performance. ## Benefits
This replacement part improves airflow and reduces the amount of smoke and grease that escape during cooking. By capturing drips at the source, it helps maintain cleaner grilling surfaces and minimizes the need for frequent cleaning. The stainless steel construction ensures it stays strong and corrosion-free even after repeated use. Users report less residue and better performance over time.

## Usage Recommendations
For best results, install the new tray immediately after removing the old one. No tools are required—just slide it into place and secure it as intended. Clean the tray after each use with a damp cloth or mild soap. Avoid using abrasive cleaners to preserve the finish. When grilling fatty foods or long sessions, the heat baffle helps prevent flare-ups and keeps the cooking zone more stable. Consider replacing it every 12 to 18 months for continued efficiency.

This component supports consistent performance and reduces maintenance effort during regular outdoor cooking.
