dreame H12 Pro FlexReach Wet Dry Vacuum Mop, 18,000 Pa, 180° Lie-Flat
Product description
When dry debris and wet spills are part of the same floor-cleaning routine, a vacuum and mop in one can handle both in a single pass. The dreame H12 Pro FlexReach combines these tasks for hard floors.
Its 18,000 Pa suction and fresh-water brush cleaning help lift everyday messes as you move across the floor. Cordless operation gives you room to clean without managing a power cord.
For the cleanup afterward, the brush self-washes with 194°F water and offers two drying modes. The 180° lie-flat design also helps reach beneath low-clearance furniture.
Size & fit
The H12 Pro FlexReach reclines 180° to clean beneath furniture and into gaps as narrow as 5.51 inches. Its dirty-water tank is designed to keep the motor protected while the cleaner is flat, so suction can continue in that position. Edge-to-edge cleaning on both sides helps reach along baseboards and into corners, areas that can take extra attention with a standard mop.
A practical routine is to move the cleaner over hard-floor messes, using its vacuum-and-mop function to collect dry debris and wet spills together. The brush is rinsed with clean water as you clean, reducing the need for frequent water changes. It is designed for indoor use on hard surfaces including tile, marble, hardwood, sealed wood, vinyl, and laminate.
Why it’s worth it
This is a useful fit for shoppers who want one cordless machine to pick up dry dirt and mop hard floors rather than manage those steps separately. The TangleCut scraper captures and cuts hair during cleaning, helping reduce hair buildup around the brush. That feature is especially relevant in homes where loose hair is a regular part of floor cleanup.
After a session, the self-cleaning cycle washes the brush with 194°F hot water, then dries it with hot air. Choose the five-minute fast-drying mode or the one-hour quiet-drying mode to suit your routine. The charging dock also provides a place to recharge and run self-cleaning between uses. Cleaning solution, a crevice tool, and a roller brush are listed among the included components.
Customer feedback commonly highlights dirt and pet-hair pickup, ease of use, self-cleaning, and battery life. Opinions on value are mixed, and some buyers report durability problems, including units that stopped working after several months.
