## Description

## Key points

Some pregnancy pillows are meant to surround the whole body, this DONAMA wedge takes a more focused approach, supporting the belly and lower back without claiming to replace a full-length pillow. Its W-shaped memory foam design has a sloped profile and a lowered edge intended to cradle the waist while giving your arm a place to rest. That can be useful when a regular flat pillow shifts or feels awkward between your arm and abdomen.

The cover is velvet, described as breathable and OEKO-TEX certified, and the foam is said to rebound within three seconds. The pillow’s connected sections use snap buttons to help keep them together as you move. Keep in mind that the foam-care instructions aren’t provided here, so the machine-washable cover is the part with clearly stated care guidance.

## Fit and sizing

The listed size is 30 x 15.7 inches, with a height of 2.7 or 4.3 inches. The base is 30 inches, and the sides extend by 1.9 inches, the width is adjustable to accommodate a growing belly. At 12 ounces, it’s presented as portable for use on a bed, couch, or car seat, and a travel bag is included. Those details make it easier to move than a bulky body pillow, though the compact wedge shape offers more localized support rather than full-body coverage.

## Tips for day-to-day use

For a side-sleeping setup, place the curved area against your waist or abdomen and position the lower edge where it feels supportive, with the raised portion available as an armrest. The snap buttons are there to keep the sections connected, so check that they’re fastened before settling in. If you move from bed to couch during the day, the lightweight design and included bag make carrying it more practical than bringing a large pillow along.

The cover can be machine-washed, which is helpful after regular use. The available details don’t say whether the memory foam core can be washed, so avoid assuming that it can, follow any care instructions that come with the pillow. Its wedge profile also means it won’t provide the same surrounding support as a long pillow placed between the knees and along the body.

## Questions before you buy

**Does it include a travel bag?** Yes. The product description lists a travel bag and describes the pillow as portable.

**How are the pillow sections held together?** Snap buttons connect them, rather than hook-and-loop fasteners.

**Can the pillow go in the washing machine?** The cover is described as machine washable. The care details provided don’t specify machine-washing the foam core.

## When it makes sense

It suits you if you want a compact pregnancy wedge focused on belly and lower-back support, adjustable sides, and a washable cover rather than a pillow that wraps around your whole body. It may also appeal if you expect to move your support between a bed and another seat or resting spot. You may want to skip it if you’re looking for one long pillow to support your knees, legs, and torso at the same time, the W-shaped wedge is designed for a narrower support area.
