domi outdoor living 12' x 12' Metal Hardtop Gazebo with Double Roof and Curtains

The 12' x 12' domi outdoor living gazebo has a metal frame and a galvanized steel double roof. Its square footprint is intended for a patio or backyard gathering space. Curtains and mosquito netting let you adjust the setup around the space and occasion. How much shelter do you want to keep in place through changing weather?

Tips for day-to-day use

This is a permanent-style structure, rather than a lightweight canopy designed to be moved around frequently. The sloped hardtop is designed to let rain and snow slide off, while the double-layer roof supports air circulation. Netting can help define an open-air seating area, and privacy curtains offer a more enclosed feel when desired. The listing also describes the gazebo as waterproof and lists ultraviolet light protection, those details may matter when choosing a covered area for regular outdoor use.

The listed footprint is 144"L x 144"W, with a height of 120". The manufacturer clarifies that the 12' x 12' measurement is from eave edge to eave edge, not from post to post, so it should not be treated as the clear space between the supports. For a patio dining area or a place to gather with family and friends, that distinction helps when planning furniture placement. The product description says it can accommodate gatherings of at least 9 people, though the usable arrangement will depend on seating and other items beneath it.

What you’ll notice day to day

The double-sided zipper is intended to make the netting easier to slide open or closed from either side. That gives the area a more flexible setup than a basic open-sided roof, while still allowing ventilation and an open view when the netting is in place. Curtains add another option for privacy and shelter from the surrounding view.

The powder-coated alloy steel frame uses 4" x 4" triangular stand poles, with pre-drilled bases for each post. The listed wind rating is up to 40 MPH, the manufacturer still advises taking protective measures during high winds and regularly clearing snow from the roof. Assembly is recommended with 2–3 people, and the instructions are included in the package. It’s a great fit if you want a fixed-feeling backyard shelter with a hard roof and adjustable sides. It might not be a great match if you need a lightweight canopy that is easy to move or store, the listed item weight is 297 pounds.

Final verdict

Choose this gazebo if the goal is a substantial, covered outdoor gathering area with a hardtop, netting, and curtains rather than a portable pop-up shelter. Before planning the layout, account for the eave-to-eave dimensions and the fact that the space between the posts is smaller. The manufacturer recommends checking state rules before installation, arranging help for assembly, and taking care of snow and high-wind exposure. Those practical requirements are worth weighing alongside the added enclosure options.
