## Description

Some neck-training routines call for bodyweight movements, while others benefit from added resistance. The DMoose Fitness Neck Harness provides a padded head-and-chin strap and a 30-inch steel chain, giving you a way to incorporate weighted resistance into focused neck workouts.

Neoprene padding helps cushion the contact points, and adjustable straps let you tailor the fit for training. Use it as part of a strength routine for weightlifting, bodybuilding, or combat sports.

## Tips for day-to-day use

Set the straps for a secure fit before starting your exercise, then attach resistance to the chain for controlled neck-training movements. The hook-and-loop closure makes it practical to fasten and adjust between sessions. Its padded construction is designed for contact around the head and chin, while the chain provides the connection point for added weight.

Build resistance into a planned workout rather than treating the harness as a standalone solution: it is equipment for targeted neck strengthening. Buyers often praise its sturdy construction and usefulness for neck training. Feedback on comfort, fit, and staying in place varies, so take time to adjust the straps before each session.

## Where it shines

This harness is designed for athletes, bodybuilders, and combat-sports enthusiasts who want to add resistance to neck-focused training. The chain offers a practical alternative to relying on bodyweight alone, while the padded strap provides a cushioned contact surface during exercises. It can suit a range of fitness levels, including beginners working neck training into a broader routine.

For example, a lifter can fit the harness before a dedicated neck-training set and use the chain to connect added resistance. That setup keeps the equipment’s purpose clear: focused neck work within a strength session. It is also a useful format for athletes who want neck exercises to be part of their sport-specific conditioning.
