## Description

This De'Longhi Nespresso Vertuo single-serve machine makes both coffee and espresso quickly for mornings or entertaining with friends. It heats in about 25 seconds according to the manufacturer and has a large water tank that reduces refills, which is useful for households that brew multiple cups a day. ☕️

## Key Points

This model prepares four cup sizes at the touch of a button: 5 oz and 8 oz coffee, and single and double espresso. The extra-large 54 ounce water tank holds more water than standard single-serve machines, so you can brew several drinks without topping up. Energy saving automatic shut off activates after a period of inactivity according to the manufacturer. A starter set of Nespresso capsules is included, and a 17-count used pod container is provided for convenience. 🔁

## Technical Specifications

- Name: **De'Longhi Nespresso Vertuo**
- Water tank capacity: **1597 milliliters (54 ounces)**
- Cup formats: 5 oz coffee, 8 oz coffee, single espresso, double espresso
- Heat up time: 25 seconds (manufacturer information)
- Accessories included: starter capsule assortment, used pod container (17-count)

## Benefits

The machine simplifies brewing both classic espresso and larger coffee cups without manual adjustments. It uses barcode-reading capsules to adapt extraction parameters automatically, which helps achieve consistent crema and flavor across different blends. Brewing options include hot and iced preparations when pouring over ice for cold drinks. The silver finish blends with many kitchen décors and is easy to wipe clean.

## Usage Recommendations

Fill the 54 ounce tank before busy periods and use the single-button control to select cup size for fast preparation. For iced coffee, brew directly over a glass filled with ice and reduce cup size if you prefer a stronger chilled drink. Consider that the machine relies on proprietary capsules, so evaluate capsule availability and your preferred roast profiles. 🧊
