Its 3/8-inch keyless chuck makes bit changes straightforward, while the cordless format is convenient for small home projects where you want a drill and driver in one tool. Use it for drilling in wood and plastic, or for tightening and loosening screws. Variable speed lets you control rotation through the trigger, up to 800 rpm, and the forward/reverse switch selects the direction for the task. ## How to use it Choose a drilling bit or fastening bit from the kit and secure it in the keyless chuck. Set the forward/reverse switch for the direction you need, then press the trigger to control speed. The built-in LED illuminates the work area, which is useful when positioning screws or making small repairs in a dim corner of a room. For example, this set can help with assembling furniture, drilling into wood or plastic, and handling routine screw adjustments during home maintenance. It is designed for these lighter DIY tasks, rather than drilling into masonry or concrete. When you finish, place the direction switch in the center position for storage or before cleaning and maintenance. ## What stands out The kit brings together the tool and a range of bits for common drilling and fastening jobs: it includes 10 drilling bits, 10 fastening bits, 10 expansion screws, 10 expansion screw caps, a connector, and a torpedo level, alongside the drill and Type-C charge cable. Having both drill and driver bits in the set makes it easier to move between making a hole and fastening a screw without assembling a separate collection first. The trigger-based variable speed and forward/reverse control give you a practical way to adapt the tool to the task. What helps when you need to work in a tight space or make several small adjustments? The cordless format and built-in LED keep the setup simple for household projects. Buyer feedback commonly highlights ease of handling and bit changes for small jobs. Experiences with battery life and durability are mixed, so those comments are best treated as individual experiences rather than a promise of a particular outcome. ## The essentials - Type: 8V cordless drill - Chuck: 3/8-inch keyless - Maximum no-load speed: 800 rpm - Speed control: Variable speed trigger - Battery: Lithium-ion - Included: Drill, Type-C charge cable, 42 accessories The DEKOPRO DKCD08XL02 is a compact drill-and-driver kit for basic household tasks. Compared with choosing a larger drill setup for heavier construction work, this set centers on everyday screwdriving and drilling in wood or plastic, with useful accessories collected in one kit. ## Is it worth it? It makes sense if you want one cordless tool for light drilling and screwdriving around the home, with bits and small accessories ready for common DIY tasks. The keyless chuck, adjustable trigger speed, reversible direction, and built-in LED support a simple workflow from selecting a bit to finishing a repair. For furniture assembly, small installations, and routine home maintenance, the 42-piece set offers a practical range of tools for getting started. ## Images ![DEKOPRO DKCD08XL02 8V Cordless Drill, 3/8-Inch Keyless Chuck, LED, 42-Piece Kit — 1](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/1LUSvb_6TKgy5gRC55PdwVXLGqJQu5u1_wn-IzV9DygcpwdWqxRER7gGlaSo23o6JPWdaN0FVE45O3d8DjEBlCEwkelR4XNdP1_KOwNRjJTMPSnUvDdwwwgdIQ.jpg) ![DEKOPRO DKCD08XL02 8V Cordless Drill, 3/8-Inch Keyless Chuck, LED, 42-Piece Kit — 2](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/ZuF5uU4DJGq7iwGV9iD6gXLivAhls-sUwGevv0PIshh5Qebi4BtY_1sgdAkj6f8Yguyg255aZwLvfCAVwrqKPksIQW-U38ysLIWhxuXWVv_WfgtqT_SbStpxOg.jpg) ![DEKOPRO DKCD08XL02 8V Cordless Drill, 3/8-Inch Keyless Chuck, LED, 42-Piece Kit — 3](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/EboLtqHjMEcWn6zBjCr6IrdVBXxG--zL_Fsw_j8mf5RpFCGvYuEsjGjShuhaeqz6NqXgnMaE5rzonL1t_GMZWU-9nlqQuncjeHJ52QTF-30Lsdi6aQEJI_hgWA.jpg) ![DEKOPRO DKCD08XL02 8V Cordless Drill, 3/8-Inch Keyless Chuck, LED, 42-Piece Kit — 4](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/PTF92kmVUCermZgxEvIllhOoXmJ1mV_ESUZ-lJkQVnZVtlBauxlfgBjML2N0zPRqiTcx_YextXdQWeHzYhxvCudOvzKolE57w_RhdPA2lhfLhh03EXCucQdVoQ.jpg) ![DEKOPRO DKCD08XL02 8V Cordless Drill, 3/8-Inch Keyless Chuck, LED, 42-Piece Kit — 5](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/gygPz0-ufu_yYGbB_l7p0g_Y5dfo44DYXq_lNhVhZaqePI-Lzo4M-120Ts4-9rO77zPTwzmNtdYWudSF_vrSLm_RV3GTsVraaou2APl_JYOAo3-rv7fub-vblQ.jpg)
