David's Kids Muslin Crib Sheets, 100% Cotton

If you want a soft, breathable layer for a crib, these muslin sheets prioritize a different feel from a smoother, tightly woven sheet. The set includes two fitted sheets made from 100% cotton muslin, with a two-layer weave and a rainbow design. They’re listed for standard 52"x28" crib and toddler mattresses, so mattress size is the first detail to match before choosing. You’ll appreciate it if you want a spare sheet ready while the other is in the wash, if you prioritize a specific color or a confirmed fit for a nonstandard mattress, the available details may not answer those questions.

Where it shines

The main appeal is the combination of cotton muslin and a fitted shape. The product description presents the fabric as soft and breathable, with a two-layer weave intended to wick moisture and allow airflow. That may suit parents looking for a lighter-feeling sheet for regular crib or toddler-bed use, including warmer nights, though the listing does not provide test results or a temperature range.

A practical example: if a sheet needs changing at bedtime, having two in the set means you can put the clean one on and keep the other for laundry. The 360-degree elastic band is designed to hold the sheet around the mattress, while the extra-deep pocket is intended to help with coverage. These features are useful only when the mattress matches the stated standard size, they don’t establish a fit for every mattress shape or depth.

What to know

This is a two-sheet set, not a bundle with other nursery bedding. The material is 100% cotton muslin, and the listed design is rainbow. The product is described for both standard crib and toddler mattresses measuring 52"x28". If your mattress differs from those dimensions, fit is harder to assess without that measurement. It may not suit you if you need a sheet for a mini crib, a nonstandard mattress, or a design other than the one listed.

The elastic and fitted construction are meant to keep the sheet in place as a baby moves, but a close fit depends on using the stated mattress size. The listing gives no separate mattress-depth measurement, so shoppers with a thicker mattress should take that uncertainty into account rather than assume the pocket will fit. If you prioritize having two sheets and a breathable cotton fabric, this set has a clear use case, if you prefer a precisely specified depth or more pattern choices, look for a listing that provides those details.

How to take care of it

The care instructions are straightforward: machine wash cold and tumble dry low. The product description also says the sheets are made to resist fading, pilling, shrinking, and wrinkling, but it does not provide wash-test results. Following the stated settings is the clearest way to care for the fabric. The two-sheet format can also make laundry timing easier: one can be on the mattress while the other is being washed and dried.

Is it worth it?

These David's Kids muslin crib sheets make the most sense for someone who wants two fitted cotton sheets in a breathable weave and has a mattress that matches the listed 52"x28" size. The fit details and basic washing instructions make the intended use easy to understand, and the spare sheet adds practical value to a nursery rotation. The tradeoff is that the listing does not state the pocket depth as a measurement or confirm fit beyond the specified mattress dimensions. Choose this set when the size, rainbow design, and muslin feel match your needs, skip it if you need a different mattress size or more precise fit information before buying.
