Cuckool BN001 Highland Cow Plush, Microwavable with Lavender Scent

For a cozy bedtime routine or a quiet moment on the couch, the Cuckool BN001 Highland Cow plush offers more than a soft toy: its flaxseed filling can be warmed in the microwave or chilled in the freezer. The white, shaggy cow is designed to rest on its belly, and its lavender scent adds a gentle fragrance to the comfort-focused design.

At 15 x 8 x 7 inches and 1.7 pounds, it has a noticeable weighted feel while remaining a cuddly plush. It comes with an adoption certificate and user manual, making it easy to personalize as a gift for someone who likes Highland cows or warm, soft companions.

Getting the most from it

Use the plush as a lap companion during reading or winding down, or warm it for a cozy indoor break. The product information recommends microwaving it for 60–90 seconds, the warmth is described as lasting about 20–30 minutes. Let it cool completely before reheating, and follow the included manual for use. A slight damp feeling after heating is described as normal for the flaxseed filling.

For a cooling option, place the cow in a sealed bag and freeze it for 2–3 hours. This gives the same plush a different role for a cool, comforting hold. The cordless design also means there is no cable to manage while it is being used. You’ll appreciate it if you want a soft animal that doubles as a warmable or chillable comfort item rather than a plush meant only for display.

Strengths

The main distinction from a standard stuffed animal is its dual warm-and-cool use, paired with a soft, weighted feel. It can suit bedtime, quiet play, or a thoughtful gift when a conventional plush would not offer the same heatable filling. Buyers commonly praise its cuddly feel and cute appearance, and some particularly like the weight and the warmth. Feedback is less consistent on scent and size: some find the lavender pleasant, while others dislike the odor, and some say the plush is smaller than expected. A few also report that its size can make it difficult to fit in a standard microwave, so the appliance dimensions matter.

Before you decide

Is it machine washable? No. The flaxseed and lavender filling means the manufacturer recommends spot-cleaning with a damp cloth and letting it dry completely before use.

How do you warm or chill it? The stated microwave time is 60–90 seconds, with cooling before reheating. For chilling, use a sealed bag in the freezer for 2–3 hours.

Who is it intended for? The listed recommended age is 3 years and up. Its soft, weighted design may appeal to children and adults, but the product information does not establish it as a treatment for anxiety, pain, or sleep problems.

Buying verdict

The Cuckool BN001 is a considered pick for someone who wants a Highland cow plush with warming and cooling functions, not just a decorative stuffed animal. Its listed size, weight, care needs, and mixed buyer feedback on scent are worth weighing against your intended use. It might not be a great match if you need a machine-washable toy or have a microwave that cannot accommodate its size.
