## Description

Finished in white and made with stainless steel, this two-piece magnetic door stop set gives you a way to hold a door open while helping protect nearby walls from doorknob marks and scratches. Its magnetic design connects the door and stop to keep the door in place, making it useful when you want airflow through a room or need both hands free to carry something.

Choose adhesive mounting for a no-drill setup on a smooth surface, or use screws for a more permanent installation. The stops can be mounted on the floor or wall, so you can select a position that suits the door and the space.

## How to use it

Position the two parts so the magnetic stop meets the door when it is open. Attach them with the adhesive tape on a smooth surface, such as wood, glass, metal, or marble, or use the screws for a more permanent fit. For uneven surfaces, use screws rather than adhesive. Once installed, the magnetic connection helps keep the door open instead of letting it swing shut.

This setup is practical in a busy entryway, kitchen, or room where a door tends to close while you move between spaces. Holding the door open can also help maintain airflow and reduce contact between a doorknob and the wall. Compared with a simple floor wedge, the magnetic holder attaches at the door and its mounted stop, giving you a dedicated place to keep the door open.

## Tech summary

- Type: Magnetic door stopper and holder
- Quantity: 2 pieces
- Material: Stainless steel
- Color: White
- Mounting: Floor or wall, adhesive or screws
- Surface guidance: Adhesive for smooth surfaces, screws for uneven surfaces or permanent installation

## Benefits

The magnetic hold is designed to keep the door open without needing a wedge placed and removed each time. That makes it handy when carrying groceries, laundry, or other items through a doorway, and it can help prevent a door from slamming shut. It also helps keep the doorknob from striking the wall, a useful detail in narrow halls and rooms with limited clearance.

Buyers often highlight the straightforward adhesive installation, the appearance, and the door-holding function. Feedback on magnet strength and how long the adhesive lasts is mixed, so the mounting method matters: adhesive suits smooth surfaces, while screws provide a more permanent attachment. The white finish and compact two-piece format are suited to a coordinated, low-profile door setup.

## Buying verdict

A solid pick if you want a magnetic door holder in a two-piece set, with a choice between adhesive mounting and screws. Use the adhesive option for a smooth mounting surface and a no-drill setup, choose screws when you want a more permanent installation or are fitting the stop to an uneven surface. It is a practical fit for doorways where keeping the door open helps with everyday movement, airflow, or wall protection.
