## Description

Some bathing setups call for a supported seat with a backrest, others benefit from a more open stool-style design. The CraMAGI ZL40000018 shower chair offers both configurations, with a removable backrest and adjustable legs for a more tailored fit in the shower or bathtub area.

Its aluminum frame supports up to 400 lb, and the recommended user weight is 300 lb. A PVC seat, drainage holes, and wide rubber feet make it practical for regular use around wet surfaces.

## At a glance

This blue shower chair combines a sturdy aluminum frame with a seat designed for bathing. The backrest can stay in place for added support while seated or be removed to create a more open stool-style setup. That flexibility is useful when different users prefer different seating arrangements or when the chair needs to suit changing bathing routines.

Six push-button height settings let you adjust the legs from 14 to 18.9 inches. The listed dimensions are 13 inches deep, 14.17 inches wide, and 25.4 inches high. Its 13-inch seat depth provides a defined seating area, while drainage holes help water pass through rather than collect on the seat. The soft anti-slip seat pad and wide rubber feet add grip-focused details for use on wet bathroom floors.

## Fit and sizing

Adjust the legs to one of the six available height settings, from 14 to 18.9 inches, to position the seat for the user's bathing routine. The push-button adjustment keeps the setup straightforward, and the legs can be set before placing the chair in the shower or bathtub area. Check that the chosen position works with the surrounding space and the user's preferred seated posture.

The chair measures 13 inches deep by 14.17 inches wide, with a listed height of 25.4 inches. Its aluminum frame supports up to 400 lb, the recommended user weight is 300 lb. These figures help with planning the fit and intended use in a bathroom.

## Getting the most from it

Use the backrest when its support is helpful, or remove it for a more open stool-style seat. For a practical bathing setup, place the chair on a stable shower or tub surface and set its height before use. The wide rubber feet are designed to grip slick tile or tub surfaces, while the seat pad and drainage holes address contact and water flow at the seating surface.

Assembly requires no tools, and the lightweight construction makes the chair easier to lift, store, or reposition as needed. Compared with a fixed-back seating approach, this removable-back design offers an additional way to configure the chair without changing the rest of the setup. It makes sense if you want adjustable seating for bathing and the flexibility to use the chair with or without its backrest.

## Questions before you buy

**How much weight can the chair support?** The aluminum frame supports up to 400 lb, with a recommended user weight of 300 lb.

**Can the backrest be removed?** Yes. The removable backrest lets you switch between a supported chair setup and a more open stool-style configuration.

**Does assembly require tools?** No. The chair is designed for tool-free assembly, so you can set it up without using tools.

## Final verdict

The CraMAGI ZL40000018 suits adults who want adjustable seating for bathing, with a removable backrest to adapt the chair's setup. Its six height positions, aluminum frame, drainage-ready PVC seat, and rubber feet make it a practical choice for shower or bathtub-area routines where flexible seating is useful.
