COWSAR HZBY-12 2-in-1 Countertop Ice Maker and Cold Water Dispenser

For a kitchen counter, home bar, or office drink station, the COWSAR HZBY-12 combines a bullet-ice maker with a cold-water dispenser. It offers two ice sizes and a removable 3.3-liter water tank. That combination suits someone who wants ice and drinking water from one countertop appliance. If your priority is a standalone ice maker or a separate water setup, those are different approaches to consider.

The product details describe a compact footprint, but the listed dimensions are worth comparing with the counter space and clearance available where it will sit. The two bullet-ice sizes give you some flexibility for drinks such as iced coffee or cocktails, while the dispenser adds a separate way to draw cold water. The machine is described as having a one-touch control panel, ice-full and low-water indicators, and an automatic stop when the ice basket is full. A transparent viewing window and removable drip tray are also listed.

There is some inconsistency in the published performance figures: the title claims nine cubes in eight minutes, while the feature text gives an 8–12-minute first-batch range. Daily production is listed as both 26 and 26.5 pounds. Treat those figures as estimates in the product information rather than a precise promise of timing or yield. The description also does not specify the ice-basket capacity, so daily output alone does not indicate how much ice can be held at once.

Best use cases

This setup is suited to everyday countertop use where both ice and cold water are wanted close at hand. For example, it could serve a kitchen during iced-coffee breaks or a small home gathering, with the two ice sizes available for different drinks. The removable tank means water can be added at the unit rather than relying on a stated direct water connection, no connection method beyond the tank is specified.

Worth considering if you want one appliance to handle ice making and cold-water dispensing rather than arranging two separate countertop devices. The listed controls and indicators also make the basic operating status visible without relying only on guesswork. The maker is presented for home, kitchen, office, RV, dorm, and home-bar settings, though the dimensions still matter when choosing a placement.

Box contents

The included component is listed as a countertop ice maker. The product information does not identify additional accessories or specify that other items are included, so the listing supports planning around the appliance itself rather than assuming extras.

Final verdict

The HZBY-12 is most relevant when the combination of bullet ice and cold-water dispensing is more useful than a single-purpose appliance. Its two ice sizes, removable 3.3-liter tank, and countertop format give it a clear everyday role. The differing batch-time and daily-output figures are the main reason to keep expectations measured, especially if you need a predictable amount of ice by a specific time. Not the best choice if your decision depends on a confirmed ice yield or basket capacity, since those details are not consistently established in the product information.
